“This has been the best T-Mobile location/provider location I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I had the strangest issues going on with my phone, but Michael , the store manager not only helped me to resolve a very complicated issue but stuck through it to the resolution which came a few days later and was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. If you need anything from T-Mobile, I highly recommend this store!”

“I’ve written maybe 5 reviews in my life, but this is one I HAVE to write. The Verizon Hoffman Estates location is the very best of the best! The manager, Jesse, knows his stuff! He’s helped us; he’s helped my elderly parents. We’ve added lines, changed phones, ported over numbers, you name it. He explains everything clearly: options, the steps we need to follow, and what to expect. He’s patient, kind, and fun to work with! His crew is so helpful, too. (Shout-out to Jacky!) With as much as we rely on cell phones, it’s essential to have someone to trust. Jesse is that someone and his store is that place.”

She was beyond helpful and patient. I left feeling great! Customer Service is not what it use to be but she went above and beyond. When things got busy her demeanor remained calm. “Had to turn off my parents service because they are moving into assisted living. Gavin, the representative I spoke to was fantastic. I stopped into the store a little after noon and I got out within 15 minutes. It was the most pleasant Xfinity store experience I've ever had. I've gone to the store in Crystal Lake and it's much busier in the Crystal Lake Xfinity store. The CL store is much more crowded, takes a lot longer, and is just soul draining. The people at the Crystal Lake store are fine but it just seems there's a lot more people in the store. This store, in Killdeer, is easy to find. It's on the first floor. There is handicapped access parking and I will come here again. If I ever have to do anything with my Xfinity or Comcast service. I can't say enough about my experience. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised that getting my parents service shut off. Was this simple, easy and quick.”
