“I recently submitted an insurance claim and when I received my replacement phone, I needed assistance getting it setup. Danny explained I needed to call customer service myself or I would need to pay a connection fee. The person I was talking to via customer service was extremely confused thinking I was adding a line not transferring my service. “I used to go to the McHenry store until one of the "coolest managers ever" relocated and left for round lake, r.l. beach area. “This Antioch location is huge. It's worth driving that extra distance for, definitely. Shelves are kept well organized. Compared to some other Walmart stores their aisles are wider and cleaner which makes it easier to walk around and fill up that oversized shopping cart.”
“Friendly and knowledgeable staff. My go-to store for the past several years. They never try to upsell you anything more than what you need. Infact they even offer savings tips if something is cheaper (like directing to neaby Costco T-mobile center if something is cheaper there)”
“SELF CHECKOUT DOES NOT LET YOU USE GIFT CARDS. The person at self checkout helped us quick and put us to a register to quickly solve this. I'm glad it's still associated that care about their job. It's always crazy in Walmart on how busy it gets.”

“This is the 2nd time that Karen goes above and beyond on helping me my wife and my daughter. Karen is very professional , knowledgeable , and able to assist all costumers that come in through that door. She greets all and is able to help all. Karen makes sure costumers don’t walk out the door without being waited on. I did retail quite some years ago and am costumer orientated. And know how important it is to make sure the walk out of the shop happy so they can come back and shop at the same store. You can tell when people really want to help and love their job. This employee Karen goes above and beyond. Keep up the good job.”
“I needed to buy groceries and other stuffs so I decided to go in the store instead of the grocery store near my place because Target is the good store where I can buy literally everything aside from groceries. The store was clean and bright and everything seems to be on point. Selections are good too never had a problem. I am done with my groceries and the things that I needed to buy when I decided to go on their clothes section. I am not planning to buy but after I saw the nice selection and after seeing interesting items I decided to buy too. Prices are fair and reasonable and it is such a great deal!. I got everything I needed in the store and I got new clothes too haha! What a great day it is!”
