“They had recommend I visit another auto body shop that specializes in catalytic convertors as they could replace mine cheaper. I went there and they didnt really know if it would fix the problem. I went back and they were able to determine that the replacing the catalytic convertor would make a big difference. Sure enough that fixed the problem and the car has been running good.”

“Had someone hit my rear bumper and I found BVA on Google search. SO GLAD I DID! Not only did they work with me when I asked if they could fix the bumper instead of a full replacement they kept my car when I had to go out of town.
Well, Nancy called me for an update on something while I was in the process of having a very bad morning and even gave an ear when I needed it. When I came back into town. Not only did they did a phenomenal job fixing the bumper, they waived my storage fee, AND even touched up the paint on my passenger wheel well from a grocery cart being dragged about 8 inches down the side at no charge. She said that it sounded like I was having a really hard time and that they just wanted to do something nice for me and they had the paint.

“Recently bought a '98 Eldorado with low miles. To avoid any major mishaps, I decided to get ahead of any problems that may be coming. This shop deserves a higher rating than it has (fully aware they have a good rating). I drove over 200 miles and across two states and would do it again and again to have these specialized mechanics work on my car. Fully appreciated they drop the front end to work on these, was worried a hack wouldn't do this step. They go above and beyond, simply because they're good people. “My car died on the way to drop the kids off at school. I left in a parking lot to have towed to my house later. They were there within 10 min of my phone call. Helped me push it into a tight parking spot of my house. Let me ride with him to the house. Very friendly, very helpful. I've never dealt with a tow truck company that was as nice and as great as this. Seriously the best I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with allot.”
“John and his guys are great. I was towed to the shop, late on a Sunday evening, due to a wheel bearing that failed while I was on the highway. They confirmed the bad hub / bearing assembly and inspected the other bearing and the rear calipers/rotors. John and I talked about the repair and we talked about the complete repair and what is really the best way to repair the truck as the other bearing is the same age and they both should be replaced. He offered the option of just doing the repair to the bad bearing to make the truck safe and get me back on the road and didn't try to sell me work that wasn't needed. He's honest, trustworthy and has integrity in his work. I have been an auto parts manager at new car dealerships for over 25 years and I have met some not so trusty worthy repair shops in that time.
