This is always a good, reliable, convenient store but I had a horrific Amazon return involving 84 boxes & a messed up Amazon return process yet KELLY made it happen with minimal expense. She was calm, charming, helpful, never stopped smiling when I was about to lose it, and made the whole mess as efficient as possible so I could get my large amount of money back. She is an absolute treasure.”
“My package was delivered to the wrong address. Have yet to have a good experience with DHL not to mention its almost impossible to contact them on the weekend.Edit. “Dan is the man at the UPS store #3922 On 9923 Ridgeland Avenue In Chicago Ridge Illinois!I had more than a handful of Amazon returns, and he was super helpful and kind. Greeted soon as I walked in and there were a line of people and he was flying solo on a Saturday during peak hours. I can’t stand post offices on the weekend due to the attitude of most employees. That’s why I go to the UPS store and he was super efficient and quick and nice to everyone including myself.I managed to get all my returns from Amazon and even managed to pack two big items in boxes and he was super helpful with all of it and even with the email labeling components of the more challenging returns.Dan did not ask for me to leave this review in fact if he did I never would have. I get my eyebrows done and I go to salons and make up services and they are always asking me to leave them reviews and just the suggestion alone is a turn off, and I tend to resist. People want to leave good reviews without being asked to. He probably already forgot who I am and I don’t care. I hope he gets to be the manager if he isn’t already or a franchise owner or something because he makes UPS look good and Amazon returns that much easier. Thank you for all that you do, Dan!!”

“I went on my lunch break to return something I bought on Amazon. There was a problem scanning the QR code off my phone and since the Amazon account is under my husband I don’t get the emails. I texted my husband to forward me the email but he was at work, so who knows when he would have the time to send me the email. Luckily the employee that was helping me had the idea of emailing a copy of the QR code to the store email and scanning the code from there. It worked! Now my package is on its way back to Amazon and I was able to check this off my list of errands.”

“The people are very nice they will package your items for you and the shipping always gets there when expected Good location great service i recommend to anyone And I will definitely return there They give you 2 options for shipping when is by sea is by air The error option is about 3 times the cost of the other option but it took 4 days to get to Poland”

“My wife, three boys, and I recently moved from the United States to Ireland. We were looking for a service where it was door to door delivery to make our lives easier with three little ones. Therese, of EuroShippers, was so personable and very helpful with the whole process. She was very responsive to any questions we had about getting the right documents together and made it super easy going. The drivers of the containers were so patient and took care when pulling into both driveways here and abroad. I would definitely use EuroShippers again if I required the service again. Took about 6 weeks for our container to arrive in Ireland. We were ok with that so we had time to get adjusted as a family before being bombarded with boxes. We got the 20ft container and fit a household of stuff plus ride on toys and outdoor toys for the kids. Would definitely recommend.”
“I moved cross country from WA to IL. Other companies were changing 3-5k just for basic shipping services and because of where I lived it would not be convenient with any service. I had to rent a truck to moved it to the large trailer and they where so accommodating to my need for more time. Pickup was a bit confusing (it is not a service they do often), but they made sure my movers were able to go trunk to truck (this saved time and money). This is an unconventional option, but worth it for cost savings.”
“I want everyone to know how grateful I am for the amazing service I received today from BEST transportation, specifically a great guy named Mariano. He delivered a stacked microwave/oven combo today that weighed a ton. I didn't order the item and had no idea it was set for curbside delivery. It was delivered to a loft building and I somehow needed to get the unit up to the second floor. The stairs are long, steep and have no middle landing. . .just straight up. Mariano realized it would be impossible for me to do this alone especially in a high traffic area. Without a moment of hesitation he said "I will help, Let me help." This guy literally with me only guiding the unit from the top lugged this ridiculously heavy item up the stairs. He was definitely winded after the trip up and im not sure how he did it. I'm very grateful for his help. Thank you very much Mariano. The Best service I've ever had. I hope you are rewarded for your great work. Your company should be proud to have you.
