The transaction started off well, but upon delivery of the goods, the movers were negligent and careless... they left a piece of furniture outside (I'm on 3rd floor) and only offered a $50 credit. I challenged it, but lost after which they reneged on the credit! I would never use Zippy again, nor recommend them to anyone...
