“We hired University Movers to move from a storage unit in Lake Zurich to a 2 bedroom apartment in Arlington Heights and we will be hiring them when we move out of our 2 bedroom apartment!There were 4 gentlemen - (Mikey, Nick, Alfonso, and Leo) that were very polite, friendly, and hard working. We ran into a few inconveniences (no semis allowed in our storage unit garage, long loading zone, waiting on unit keys, etc.) but there were no complaints out of anyone of them. They were all able to put our beds together in minutes which would have taken me hours. I could not recommend that team and this business more.”

Chuck went through the quote with me and there were no surprises later on. On the day of the move, Patrick and his Chicago team (Aidan and Dennis) were absolutely amazing. Super communicative about timing and willing to help beyond their job description. On the day of delivery, Patrick was again very communicative and so helpful. “I needed to move a one-bedroom apartment worth of belongings from Baton Rouge, LA to Rockford, IL. I wasn't able to utilize PODS moving down there because of the requirements necessary to drop off a container, so I went with a moving & relocation company. This turned out to be a huge mistake and added so much stress and headache to the entire process. For a slightly cheaper price overall, PODS was outstanding every step of the way: complicated drop off instructions (on my part) NO problem, timely pick-up, accurate and punctual drop off at the delivery location in Rockford (delivery driver Rex was really good), and final pick-up of the empty container was so stress free and well-communicated over the entire process. I will go out of my way to utilize PODS for any moving/hauling needs in the future. When I know what poor service looks like, I can truly appreciate such a stellar company when I see it.”
“Ray, Arturo & Willie (?) were wonderful! I mean who wouldn’t like 3 grown men at your door who are polite and considerate AND are gonna take your junk?! They came for a mattress and they left with a mattress. All within about 4 minutes and 26 seconds. Only thing - College Hunks was all like “you can say yes & they’ll do it right then, or you can say no & they’ll walk out the door”…. What I want to know is who the hell would say no when they are staring you down with their big ole brown puppy eyes? I sure didn’t. 5 stars. Would use again. Bam.”
