Horrendous services. They do NOT compare or compete with any other bank.
They are only a poor person bank who has no other options. I along with others will leave and close our accounts .

Went to Bank Financial on Larkin about an issue we were having with our account. Met with Mathew S.After reviewing everything, he was able to resolve our problem. He was courteous and professional in dealing with us. Great customer service thanks to Mathew!

Love that they know your name and face love the personal greetings they give kids love the snacks they leave out especially my kid
