“We searched far and wide to find the right business to help us find the perfect "upgrade ring" for my husband and my 20th anniversary. We had already purchased and returned our initial upgrade ring from a big, box internet company, and after reviewing many, many brick and mortar stores online and in person, we decided to go to TDC Jewelry, where we met John. After meeting John, it took all of the guess work out of picking the right stone. His personal style of meeting in his office to seek out what his clients really want, was a game changer. He was honest, professional, and pleasant in his approach, and it was obvious that he was the "real deal;" it is next to impossible to find this level of service, and I will only deal with John for any future fine jewelry purchases. “Jon is nice but was told if I bought a couple ps2 games he would give me a bundle deal and never did got ncaa football 07 =? rune Viking lord 10.00 and tiger woods 04 =7.00 for ps two total was 29.03 I think it should have been slightly less then 29.03 for those games, never told me exactly how many games to get a package deal in the past it was 3 games kinda disappointed because he’s nice and I want to continue doing business but I just don’t know anymore, not only that I also decided to do a trade and Gave an Xbox one controller, a Tera byte card for the series x , a Zelda switch controller and a Nintendo switch game and in return only was able to get kingdom hearts, smash down shut your mouth and a nhra racing game all on ps2 for all that, I probably could have gotten more money at game stop and I know business is business but integrity and honesty goes along way, I only did it because Jon is a nice guy so it’s my fault for trading with him instead of getting the money from GameStop so I guess it is what it is, don’t get me wrong he’s a nice guy but I think he coulda did a solid and threw in another game for us. Update: Jon has reached out to me and has made things rights he and his crew are the best around town and appreciate all his efforts on making things right”
“I had to get my engagement ring appraised so i can get it insured. Marc was absolutely outstanding, very knowledgeable and professional.
He booked me an appointment super quick and got me in and out. He printed me a copy of the appraisal and also emailed me a Pdf copy which makes things easier when submitting to insurance. I highly recommend him.”
