Arthur was fantastic. Tons of knowledge and very helpful. Fully informs you of your options but let's you make the decision. He was busy but still took the time to educate me and explain the process in detail. Would totally recommend.

We came here to get two of my boyfriends watches in for new batteries. It's a great location next to Jewel and near Burger King. It was a Saturday and they had another customer ahead of us but we were seen quickly. The battery repairs cost about $30 and they were switched out and we were on our way in a few minutes. Arthur is "old school" with an immense amount of accumulated knowledge in the area of watch repair. I wouldn't take my watches anywhere else for service. I had two bracelets fixed. He did a good job. If you're shopping around for a good family jeweler, start here. After looking around, you'll be back.
