“Went here to pick up a bed. With my husband and my two girls, and as soon as we walked in April had approached us. Asked her what I was trying to finance. She took me straight to the computer and pretty sure she noticed that my two little ones were gonna be a handful while I was doing my thing on the computer. So she came out and gave both my girls a coloring book and crayons. Which was so freaking nice of her To go out of her way to do that. Gave a goodie bag to the girls. I mean, she was just fantastic trying to distract my girls from destroying the place. I usually get nervous going to places like this because I do feel like my girls will break Something at some point. But she made me feel very comfortable. Help us out with every question we had. They need to give this lady a raise because she is good at what she does. April was her name.”
“Doug was our sales person who was explaining differences between laundry models as our questions were asked. Was a huge plus to have some of them plugged in to demo how they would look & work when choosing options. Many showrooms of other stores do not do that. Price point was better than competitive stores when it was all said & done.”

“I've been to this store twice to sell jewelry. On both occasions, from the time I walked in the store, to the time I walked out, absolute professionalism! While going thru the process, the entire staff showed empathy, but also showed excellent customer service. At no point did i feel pressured like you see on those hack TV shows. These guys, and girls, are the real deal! They are human, just like the rest of us, and they show it. 5 stars for sure in my book!! Im going to keep going back!! Thank you again! “Trading Post was great! We stopped in a week ago to sell some items and to look around for our first time.We have watched many of the YouTube videos and had an idea of what to expect. Peter accepted our offer for our items and meanwhile we found some items in the shop to purchase.Our finds included vintage dairy cans, John Deere sign, vintage PEZ, pokemon card, and an old railroad lantern!There is a variety of things to look at: tools, equipment, antiques, collectables, music /vinyl , sports and more. It was really neat learning about some pieces and see things we never have seen before.Will be back next time we have a chance to get back north.Thanks Peter, Ruby, Ms. Walters, and Honey!!!”
“Typically, my visits to Target are positive with friendly and helpful staff. However, two weeks ago, I didn’t have the best experience when I attempted to use the bathroom and encountered wet floor signs. A worker rudely yelled at me that it was closed in front of the whole store, and then criticized my attempt to access it to a customer while checking out the customer. Overall, I'd still consider it a good store, and I generally find the employees to be friendly. Despite the recent incident, my overall experiences at Target have been positive.”

“If I could give 6 stars, I would do that! I Googled and selected this company out of excellent reviews from various websites. John and Sean came, on a morning after a heavy snow storm in a pandemic, to fix a big mess left by another electrician who failed to install my NuTone replacement of a brand new M&S intercom & Music system (with 7 speakers throughout the house) after 10 hours. They had to figure out the wrong wiring, and redo them correctly for the central control station and all 7 speakers, including an outdoor one. They pleasantly finished everything in just 2 hours. When John showed me the bill, it was way too reasonable for me to not feel guilty to accept it. I had to insist for him charging me more and add another bonus for them on top of that. Both of them are incredibly kind and capable that I wish I found them earlier.”

“Chicago Audio and Video Design have been AMAZING in helping me get set up for the opening of my Caffe! They were always on time and they went out of their way to make sure that I was happy. I have had them out here several times and have never had an issue with them. They even swung by to check on us while working at another shop nearby! Nick, Kleat and Lucas exceeded my expectations as far as customer service and work ethic. I will never use another audio/visual company. I would suggest them 100%!!!!!!!”
“Ralph called me a liar right off the bat, because his salesman didn't say anything about paying taxes. Nor my presence being there on Saturday. Calling me, a 23 year customer a liar is going to get foul language out of anybody. Now, he tells me that I am not welcome in that location. “I recently submitted an insurance claim and when I received my replacement phone, I needed assistance getting it setup. Danny explained I needed to call customer service myself or I would need to pay a connection fee. The person I was talking to via customer service was extremely confused thinking I was adding a line not transferring my service. Thankfully Danny was able to help get it sorted out and my phone was properly connected! Thank you Danny for going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! Much appreciated!!!”
“My chapter had a great experience working with Digital Pix throughout the past three years! Their organization and quick response time prior to taking pictures made the days of photography run smoothly. Their communication with our chapter is excellent and I especially loved working with Kathy Walden, our chapter's photographer this year. I had some reservations about coming in store since every other phone store I’ve ever visited had crew members who didn’t really know what they were talking about and were obviously trying to up sell. This said, my experience tonight at this location was so good that I doubt I will ever try another location. Our representative, David, was very knowledgeable about every phone we looked at and his demeanor quickly eased my anxiety about this large purchase.
