They invited me to their shop to see some of their work, gave me plenty of free advice and supplied parts and rebuild services for things like accumulators and control valves at a very reasonable cost.Whenever I need parts or troubleshooting advice, PWM is the first place I call. They rebuilt the heads for my shadow and did a MAGNIFICENT job. I was never so happy to pay a service bill in my life. Hard to find honest, reliable, reasonably priced services for these cars. “Went in to look at a car and the guys were all helpful and willing to work with the budget I had for a cash buy. Car needed brakes to be fixed and they took care of the problem at the garage they use down the road. Only reason I'm leaving 4 stars and not 5 is because the car is leaking trans fluid which I didn't notice the first day I had it and I'm not sure if it was from before it went back for brakes or after. But my experience with them at the dealership and what they did to help me out was great. I recommend them. For a smaller dealer they were a lot more personable than most.”

“I got into a wreck and needed a vehicle fast. I showed up with my father and was IMMEDIATELY approached by the sales guy Simon who Greeted us with a firm handshake and attended to our every need with total professionalism. I settled on a super clean 2009 Grand Cherokee with Loredo trim and closed the sale. Took it home and within a week developed an overheating engine. In a panic I contacted the dealership and they set me up with their mechanic who diagnosed the issue "faulty water pump" and fixed it same day along with a new thermostat at no cost to me. I absolutely couldn't be happier with The Jeep and the experience as a whole. Thank you Shults family. You just earned a customer for life.
