They invited me to their shop to see some of their work, gave me plenty of free advice and supplied parts and rebuild services for things like accumulators and control valves at a very reasonable cost.Whenever I need parts or troubleshooting advice, PWM is the first place I call. They rebuilt the heads for my shadow and did a MAGNIFICENT job. I was never so happy to pay a service bill in my life. Hard to find honest, reliable, reasonably priced services for these cars. I showed up with my father and was IMMEDIATELY approached by the sales guy Simon who Greeted us with a firm handshake and attended to our every need with total professionalism. I settled on a super clean 2009 Grand Cherokee with Loredo trim and closed the sale. Took it home and within a week developed an overheating engine. In a panic I contacted the dealership and they set me up with their mechanic who diagnosed the issue "faulty water pump" and fixed it same day along with a new thermostat at no cost to me.
