“Sometimes you have to go Wow(when someone or something makes a good impression on you)!!! I was looking for an Insurance agency that one feel comfortable walking in. Honestly, it all started 9 months ago when I called into Styzinski's State farm office and talked to Alex for my insurance needs and due to some circumstances I could not do business with them at the time but the comfort and honesty I sensed on the call, made me to get back to them as soon as the circumstances permit. I ended up working and interacting with 3 of the most amazing people, Wes, Aaron and Alex (listed in order of their age from youngest to the oldest) I know. They are all local to Crystal Lake with Crystal Lake Attitude (Calm, Kindness and honesty). I ended up taking my daughter a few days later to become a customer as well. It is not just because the rates are lower, it is because their customer service is second to none.”

“Over the past 3 weeks, Mark and his team have gone above and beyond my expectations. My vehicle was involved in a minor accident in Chicago the Friday before Christmas. The tow truck company dispatched by Allstate Roadside impounded my vehicle instead of towing it to a body shop. Another tow truck company then demanded thousands of dollars for the vehicle to be released. Mark worked on a daily basis with the various Allstate departments to get a resolution where the vehicle was recovered with no cost to me. While I'm sure Mark was busy with other customers, I always felt like he was in contact with me, either through email, text or phone. This level of service has become less common after the pandemic and is a differentiator for me given the high cost of insurance. I appreciate Mark and his team, and cannot give enough thanks for all they have done. If you are looking for an agent you can trust, I would highly recommend Mark.”
