“Over the past 3 weeks, Mark and his team have gone above and beyond my expectations. My vehicle was involved in a minor accident in Chicago the Friday before Christmas. The tow truck company dispatched by Allstate Roadside impounded my vehicle instead of towing it to a body shop. Another tow truck company then demanded thousands of dollars for the vehicle to be released. Mark worked on a daily basis with the various Allstate departments to get a resolution where the vehicle was recovered with no cost to me. While I'm sure Mark was busy with other customers, I always felt like he was in contact with me, either through email, text or phone. This level of service has become less common after the pandemic and is a differentiator for me given the high cost of insurance. I appreciate Mark and his team, and cannot give enough thanks for all they have done. If you are looking for an agent you can trust, I would highly recommend Mark.”

Initially when State Farm provided us with our total loss number we were beyond disappointed to think State Farm didn’t care about our long term partnership and commitment to staying with State Farm since 1987 (and prior to). Bret took the time to explain and help get a person involved in reviewing our total loss claim. “Sometimes you have to go Wow(when someone or something makes a good impression on you)!!! I was looking for an Insurance agency that one feel comfortable walking in. Honestly, it all started 9 months ago when I called into Styzinski's State farm office and talked to Alex for my insurance needs and due to some circumstances I could not do business with them at the time but the comfort and honesty I sensed on the call, made me to get back to them as soon as the circumstances permit. I ended up working and interacting with 3 of the most amazing people, Wes, Aaron and Alex (listed in order of their age from youngest to the oldest) I know. They are all local to Crystal Lake with Crystal Lake Attitude (Calm, Kindness and honesty). I ended up taking my daughter a few days later to become a customer as well. It is not just because the rates are lower, it is because their customer service is second to none.”
