The quality of their handicap vehicles made it hard to decide. The day I purchased mine they sold two others while I was there. As a family owned alternative to the national company, they win hands down. I would never hesitate recommending them to anyone. Another plus is they provide service to the vehicles as well. They just made a lifelong customer out of me!”

“My car needed repairs and my insurance company reserved a rental for me at this location. Branch rental manager Erik Juveland assisted us with the rental. He was excellent . He answered any questions I had about the rental and was professional and courteous. The entire staff there was so nice and inviting. Returning the car was easy as well. “I did not catch the gentleman's name, but I received phenomenal service from the agent working Saturday, Jan 6th AM. I had pre-paid for a 4-wheel drive vehicle for a one-way rental out of state. Once the paperwork had been completed he handed over the keys and let me know he had pre-set the heated seats and auto-started the car while we were speaking so it could warm up. These are the extra touches that can turn a routine rental experience into a good start to your day. Really appreciate the dedication to great customer service!”
“We had several wonderful experiences at the Enterprise in Algonquin, IL. The manager and all the crew there were so easy to work with, and extremely accommodating. We needed a vehicle the next day to get to a Wake/Funeral in Pittsburgh. The manager mentioned she didn't have a vehicle available on the lot, but she managed to locate a vehicle the next morning so we could drive out for the services. We needed a Van during Spring Break, which are difficult to come by. The Manager was able to find us a van, and gave us a great deal for the week. We had a flat tire coming back from vacation, and Enterprise took such good care of us! I don't hesitate calling on Enterprise for when we need a rental, but specifically this particular crew in Algonquin. Thanks!”

“We rented a car with Budget and they were great. No issues and the service was perfect too. The gentleman was very helpful and made sure we were taken care of without any issues. Thank you. In fact I seen the complaints on here but I've rented cars before and yeah a credit card is needed and my car was very clean, also the place is in the mall and yes there is always a hold on your card to rent a car $200 and up. I don't Think any of these ratings truly give this place any justice. So check them out tell them you were concerned because the reviews are so bad but you feltyou would try them out. They are very understanding.”
