“Amazing service, Great communicators and very personable. My car had significant damage to the front and rear end. Not only did they fix it but made it look as if nothing had happened.
On a more personal note. My accident was pretty mentally traumatizing. Being that is happened on the express and involved a delivery truck. As can imagine I was pretty shook up. But, I cannot say enough about Ryan. She was patient and very informative. Joked with me and I could tell really cared about my ordeal. Every week I called in she never seemed annoyed and made me feel my car was at the right place with the right people. Bob also was equally conversational when I picked up my car. As well as, passed along the rest assurance that if anything came up and it was from the accident to just let them know.

“I had an EXCELLENT experience with the owner of MAKE IT STRAIGHT AUTO BODY, the owner John did just THAT ????he was pleasant, He had a great sense of humor and very professional. he took the bumper off my 2023 BMW X6 and repainted it, he did a phenomenal job, looks exactly how it was when I drove it off the showroom floor last year and oh by the way he touched up other areas on my truck at no extra charge ???? he told me my truck would be ready in three days, on the third day he gave me a curiosity call early and told me it was ready for pick up as expected and anticipated.
