“Amazing service, Great communicators and very personable. My car had significant damage to the front and rear end. Not only did they fix it but made it look as if nothing had happened.
On a more personal note. My accident was pretty mentally traumatizing. Being that is happened on the express and involved a delivery truck. As can imagine I was pretty shook up. But, I cannot say enough about Ryan. She was patient and very informative. Joked with me and I could tell really cared about my ordeal. Every week I called in she never seemed annoyed and made me feel my car was at the right place with the right people. Bob also was equally conversational when I picked up my car. As well as, passed along the rest assurance that if anything came up and it was from the accident to just let them know.
Anyone with a Hyundai and in need of body work services. See this team. Not only are they certified with Hyundai but their service was impeccable.

They really do need to highlight the important stuff!! LOL! The staff at this Gerber get an A+ from this old lady!! We're a one car family and need it to move around. My old raggedy car was so clean when I picked it up!! And the repairs were done quickly! I didn't bother with a rental (That's another review).”

“I took my 2011 Ford Edge here because ABS and brake system lights came on. They were able to find out that the sensors went out, but nobody has the part! They said there's one in Hawaii, and one in Puerto Rico! The mechanic said he will keep searching for me through junk yards and such. He did assure me that my brakes are fine, it's just the sensors that trigger the malfunction alert. They were so very helpful, and super friendly. All he charged me for was fixing a leaky tire! I will definitely bring back my car for other future repairs. Highly recommend them!”
“I had an EXCELLENT experience with the owner of MAKE IT STRAIGHT AUTO BODY, the owner John did just THAT ????he was pleasant, He had a great sense of humor and very professional. he took the bumper off my 2023 BMW X6 and repainted it, he did a phenomenal job, looks exactly how it was when I drove it off the showroom floor last year and oh by the way he touched up other areas on my truck at no extra charge ???? he told me my truck would be ready in three days, on the third day he gave me a curiosity call early and told me it was ready for pick up as expected and anticipated. THIS is the ONE and only Autobody shop I would recommend. 5 stars is not even close enough, I AM extremely pleased ? ❤️?❤️?”

I was involved in an accident where my passenger side doors where damaged as well as the passenger front. I took my vehicle to this shop to receive an estimate and right away knew I was in good hands. The staff was warm, friendly but most of all HONEST! Complete transparency is what sealed this deal for me, the owner kept me in the loop the entire time. I was advised of when the parts were ordered, to when the work was being performed to when my baby was ready. When I picked up my car I was shocked I did expect it to look good, but never knew it could look like it did when I first purchased it. This shop exceeded all my expectations. “I really can’t say enough about this dealership! We worked with Sam B., Giovanni, and Barb and they were such an amazing team! We worked with Sam for the bulk of it and he was just amazing can't say enough good things about that young man! They were so polite and not to aggressive when it came to purchasing a vehicle.
We live about 2 hrs away and they were so accommodating for that as well! Sent us home with a tank full of gas! Will definitely be purchasing all our future cars there!
