“We were unable to schedule an appointment at Barrington Square due to no availability so we unfortunately had to visit an emergency animal hospital near by for our pet. After receiving treatment from this other facility, my dog experience sporadic behavior every 30 seconds. It took about 15 minutes to get a hold of the other vet only to be told “that doesn’t sounds good, bring her in and pay a $250 emergency fee” (a fee we paid that same day for her initial visit).
As a concerned pet owner, I decided to call my dogs original vet location, Barrington Square, to get a second opinion on her behavior. The responsiveness and care to my pet is a night and day difference. Despite not treating my pet Nena for this particular incident, Dr. Kristen went above and beyond to answer any questions I might have had and provide solutions. The staff share the same amount of love that we have for our pets and it shows through their attentiveness care! 10/10, this is where you want your pet to be cared for!”
