“After being told by a “manager” at another location that this store had the item we were looking for in stock, we got there to them not having that item at all. The “manager” at the other store gave them the wrong number and they held the wrong shoes. These employees went above and beyond to try and turn our experience into a good one. “In terms of its interior physical layout, design, and presentation, Bloomingdale’s outlet is a very classy, non-cluttered big step up from the Nordstrom Rack in the same Plaza .For men, the shoe selections is are at a minimum and Nordstrom rack has them beat.There are a few decent finds in the men’s clothing department, but this store greatly caters to women’s clothing and shoes; and I would recommend it for women to find a special item or two as opposed to Nordstrom Rack.”
