“When my brother's trailer broke down near the Indiana border, the only store within 2 hours that was still open until 9pm was this Tractor Supply. He called an associate at the store and they found the leaf spring he needed. They were willing to stay a little after closing time if needed so we could make the long trip there to pick it up. We cannot express enough our appreciation for this store's associate for going the extra mile for us during an emergency!”

“Came out for estimate, and after seeing bathroom configuration suggested a shower door be located in the middle of our walk in shower. This was an excellent idea which allows for easy access and the matte black finish also matches other bathroom fixtures perfectly. Professional installation, reasonable cost, and quality product that looks fantastic and does not leak. Highly recommended Across Town Glass and Mirror / Tino and Ryan did and amazing job from start to finish.”

When I went to return it to a different Menards (Mt Prospect) because I was in that area, the manager, Jerry, refused to take my items back. I called Long Grove, spoke with Stacy, she went out of her way to follow up, call me back, and accept my return. Terrific customer service, Stacy! Thank you. “I was having a hard time finding something on the home depot website. One of the Home Depot employees, his name is Ali, (it sounded like that anyways) was so helpful, went above and beyond. He and Charles were wonderful. Both of them, but Ali, who has been there 8 years is a wonderful employee. He works also repairing equipment but we were in rentals that day. If he worked for me, I would pay him as much as I possibly could. Thanku Ali!”

“Retail Stores are difficult to review, because it's all about the layout, mobile site, and CUSTOMER SERVICE. Home Depot is no different from any other home remodeling store, except I find their stores are much easier to locate items than other stores. I can be in and out of the store in 10mins because it's easy to navigate. For those who don't shop at Home Depot very often, then your smart phone will be your best friend. Simply search their site for product (make sure you to have the right location) and in return their site will provide the aisle and Bin#. Super Helpful. A store isn't a great store without great employees. I had a question about a product and one of their employees took his time to explain the pros and cons of several different products depending on the nature of or current situation. This allowed us to make a sound decision on which product to purchase.”

“Sometimes service is good, sometimes not so good. If you know what your looking for, then you just have to look for the stuff on the shelves. Otherwise you have to ask staffs which some are helpful and some just gives basic info. Was here to buy painting stuff and the guy was very helpful. And the power tools were looking for was available. Great store.”

“Ever since i moved to the area i have been in the bartlett location on a weekly basis. Nihad has been my go to guy! Every time i see him he has been working with other staff on improving with resolution and quality talks. The past two visits i went to say hi but saw he was busy working with other associates. So i didn’t want to interrupt. It is good seeing good management in place and see how looking for solutions by talking it out is always much more effective. The people overall seem to care about your experience and its a great environment to shop in. Thanks home depot!”

“I had the best experience starting with Dave in appliances. He was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I had an issue with my LB range that I purchased in November. I went in and spoke with Dave not only did he hear my concern but called me back two days later with some additional information! After still not getting anywhere with LG CS, I called Lashaun (sp?) the store manager and Stephanie (I am assuming the assit store manager). Both of them have been incredibly helpful. They have called back, they have called LG and helped me with the issue I was having. Without their help I don't think I would have gotten anywhere with LG. I will shop at this tore again simply because of these 3 people. Thank you Dave, Lashaun and Stephanie - you have been amazing. I cant wait for my new range to be delivered on 2/8”

“AUSTIN?? This review is long overdue??‍♂️ So to my man's Austin I apologize in advance but I do sincerely hope that you have moved on to higher and new positions. Austin was top tier. You have people who work there and people who just come to work. Well, Austin was the CEO of his own company with the innate qualities of a leader, a can do attitude, and the ability and willingness to do. I had literally watched and heard him assisting another customer. Call it weird but I mean he was handling his. business. He approached the guy in a caring but bold manner, with a confident voice and tone assuring in so many words, that he'd most certainly be able to help him. And help him he did. Had the guy out of there in no time!Well I had went to the next aisle over and was thinking to myself, "shheeesh this kid has potential to definitely be someone great. I wonder what his life is like, how he's become who he is, what exactly did he go through, and if he's put any thought into his future." Legit thoughts, and then out of the blue I hear his voice saying, "Hey do you need any help today?" Whatttt!?!? Let's be real, the average employee would've went off elsewhere to relax having filled their quota. My mans literally was looking for people to help! That's call top tier customer service. And help me he did, I was done within minutes after he helped me.HomeDepot needs more Austin's for real. That's why I'm apologizing for the lateness of this review. My visit there was in August of 2023, the weekend of the 12th. So if he's still there, a manager or HomeDepot yourself, somebody please do right by him.”

“Had a positive experience with the gentleman in flooring. He was very kind and helped me load a few items as well as grab a cart for me that was across the entire store. Made my experience here a positive one, as usually at Home Depot you can't find someone to help you at all.”
