“I shopped at the Woodridge store on Sunday. The checkout line suddenly filled up. The manager quickly got associates to open registers so the wait to check out was quick. The associate, Sharon, could not have been any nicer. I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience and will definitely be back to spend my Kohl's cash.”

The store Needs in store wheel cars for the handicapped ♿️ and an express line for those who can't walk stand for too long. “I have visited this store a few times and never had a bad experience. The store is large, clean, and well organized. The staff is helpful when needed. This location is large enough to carry extended sizes which is really nice! Parking is free and has not been a problem when I have visited.”
“I was sold shoes by a shoe salesman. As I looked for a pair of loafers to replace my current J&M discontinued model I was approached by Ron the salesman- manager of the Oak Brook location. I showed him a shoe I was considering. He asked me several questions of what activity I was going to be doing in these shoes. I was taken back a bit.
I’m not new to buying shoes. He seemed sincere and really wanted to know.
He explained how shoe construction for someone with my build- 6’2” 235 LB would find comfort in certain shoes builds- all loafers which I wanted to buy.
We had a conversation about several topics while I made my decision. Ron could sell ice in Alaska. We talked about everything from shoes to the white Sox to to Don Rickels to his 6 grand children. Not sure how he has 6 grand children as he looks about 50 but claims he’s 61. I tried on 6 pairs of shoes. I purchased 2 pairs. Who said customer service is a lost art? Stop by and see Ron at Johnson and Murphy of Oakbrook Center. He will find you a pair of shoes that are comfortable and stylish”
