I was pleasantly surprised how nice the young lady in Williams Bay was even though I wasn't a regular there. She took a little time to ask me a few questions. She ended up finding that I was way over paying on my interest at another bank and they got me a way better rate there. I'm on a pretty tight budget right now and this is really going to help.”

At the front lobby we were greeted by a very helpful young girl who directed us to Eric (a BMO Retail Relationship Banker) who proceeded to help us with wire transfers. I can’t recommend this guy high enough. He was polite, diligent and professional. BMO Harris is lucky to have a guy like him because he represents their bank so well! Thank you Eric!”
