I especially appreciated the communication, updating me on the status and holding true to their completion date (in fact, it was done 3 days early). “I want to give a huge thank you and shot out to Jim Olson Collision. Today, I opened the back hatch of my vehicle perfectly fine. I hit the button to close and heard a loud noise and the hatch came down quickly, but wouldn’t latch. My panic rose as we have rain coming. I drove back to my little town and went to Jim Alison’s. I walked in and said I wasn’t sure if it would be collision and auto repair. I was so frazzled so I didn’t get her name, but the estimator said let’s take a look.
