“Most of the staff try to help find whatever it is I'm looking for. 9 out of 10 times have what I need for most projects or at least some alternative. Prices for most of what they sell is average or higher quality. The only problem I've had is when I was buying orange, blue, and red loctite I opened the first 2 just fine, about 2 weeks later I opened the red and found it was completely empty that someone sealed back up in the package. Not sure who decided to repackage it so im definitely making sure I get what I'm paying for from now on or going straight back for a return/exchange.”

“I want to give a huge thank you and shot out to Jim Olson Collision. Today, I opened the back hatch of my vehicle perfectly fine. I hit the button to close and heard a loud noise and the hatch came down quickly, but wouldn’t latch. My panic rose as we have rain coming. I drove back to my little town and went to Jim Alison’s. I walked in and said I wasn’t sure if it would be collision and auto repair. I was so frazzled so I didn’t get her name, but the estimator said let’s take a look. She went out saw one problem and fixed it then got the rear door lock to work. She saved the day and I am so grateful for her help. Thank you.”
