“I just sent my daughter to Auto Zone to get her windshield wipers replaced. Especially since she's going to a doctors appointment that's 30 minutes away and its raining.
They told her because it was raining they couldn't do their complimentary wiper installation. She did tell them she was traveling to a doctors appointment, same response.
What a huge disappointment, I've been an Autozone Loyalist for 30+ years across the entire United States.

“I stopped into Cee-Jay Auto Body within an hour of picking my vehicle up from the military Vehicle Processing Center (VPC) at Pontoon Beach. I was on my way to Kansas City, MO. I had no way to affix my license plates before the drive to my vehicle since the vehicle had only been in South Korea and Norway. Gordon Morton was working that day; he proved very helpful and stopped what he was doing to ensure I was ready to go within minutes of arrival. Friendly, responsive, and professional, I would patron this business if I lived in the area based on my experience that day.”

Told him the features I wanted and he took the time to find out what wasn't important so I could get the right trim w/o paying for things I didn't want. Sent me home in the car I wanted to show my husband before we signed the paperwork. Zac Copeland in finance was super helpful and made the process smooth and easy. Weber Chevy has gained a customer for life.”
“I personally drive from St. Louis to Granite City to get tire service and all of my minor repairs done at this location. Today I recommended this them to a friend and accompanied her to get service. The staff was polite, prompt and efficient. I like to personally thank DJ who helped us find the proper filters and installed them. When we said thanks he replied, "I'm here for my customers". “Yesterday I stopped here to buy a windshield wiper blade. I was immediately asked if I needed help finding something. The gentleman located the part on his terminal. While going to fetch the blade , another worker asked if I needed help finding something. I said I'm OK. Then after paying for item, a 3rd worker asked me if I needed help finding something. I said I was just waiting for person to install my blade. The gentleman installed blade for me and I thanked him. I liked how many workers tried to be helpful unlike Autozone where everyone there ignored me last time I went. I will come here again next time.”
