“I just sent my daughter to Auto Zone to get her windshield wipers replaced. Especially since she's going to a doctors appointment that's 30 minutes away and its raining.
They told her because it was raining they couldn't do their complimentary wiper installation. She did tell them she was traveling to a doctors appointment, same response.
What a huge disappointment, I've been an Autozone Loyalist for 30+ years across the entire United States.
Today I went to O'Reilly! Thank you for your professionalism! I'm ready for the next 30 years!

“I stopped into Cee-Jay Auto Body within an hour of picking my vehicle up from the military Vehicle Processing Center (VPC) at Pontoon Beach. I was on my way to Kansas City, MO. I had no way to affix my license plates before the drive to my vehicle since the vehicle had only been in South Korea and Norway. Gordon Morton was working that day; he proved very helpful and stopped what he was doing to ensure I was ready to go within minutes of arrival. “Yesterday I stopped here to buy a windshield wiper blade. I was immediately asked if I needed help finding something. The gentleman located the part on his terminal. While going to fetch the blade , another worker asked if I needed help finding something. I said I'm OK. Then after paying for item, a 3rd worker asked me if I needed help finding something. I said I was just waiting for person to install my blade. The gentleman installed blade for me and I thanked him. I liked how many workers tried to be helpful unlike Autozone where everyone there ignored me last time I went. I will come here again next time.”
