“I called to ask about a repair, I didn't need it diagnosed bc I knew I needed a cord replaced. I had the cord but the connections were different. The man that answered told me exactly how to fix it instead of shooing me off the phone bc it wasn't a call to make money. I wasn't able to use their services but in the future if I do, and based of the good rating already I would definitely call them first just based off the willingness to help.”

I got my money back on my credit card within an hour. If I have a need for a rental in the future I will definitely use the Dunn Road location”
“I bought a used washer and dryer front end loaders for $300 they came with a 60 day warranty. Had a little problem with the washer but since the do their own repairs they were able to get their repairman over the same day and he was extremely professional and friendly fixed the problem. Even buttoned up a couple of other issues I wasn't aware of. I highly recommend this store.”

“This location was packed last week for the end of April... but they had beautiful flowers and a wide assortment of mulch. I prefer to go to the smaller floral shops for actual plants, but I needed to come here for peat moss that they didn't carry elsewhere. Although it was busy the self check out went relatively quick. Overall pleased with the experience.”
“I came into the store today to buy my husband a grill for Father’s Day. Wasn’t sure what I was doing so I asked the two young men working in that department. Let just say how amazing they both were. They picked out everything I would need and helped me load everything. I wish I would have gotten their names. God bless them both for going above and beyond their jobs.”

“Everything is overpriced, but at least they have it. Service is friendly and efficient, parking is easy. If you need a dryer belt ($30 lol), this is your place. They moved across the highway recently, so make sure your GPS sends you to the new location. I went to the old one, and it is basically a homeless encampment now.”

“Dave and his team, Jake and Frank, were great! We came in and told Dave what we wanted and he gave us tons of options and explained everything. We had a previous bad experience somewhere else with them not even willing to try and move the item in, but when Jake and Frank got here they looked and immediately got to work! They also made sure to explain everything to us, show us how it works and made sure we were happy before they left. Everyone we talked to was extremely nice and everything about this process was quick and pleasant. They definitely have our business.”
