I started out at the Edge in hopes of jumping starting my fitness routine post Covid. My initial plan for to try it our for a few months. I've been attending classes three times a week for almost 3 years now and I've never felt better. As a result, my previous chronic body pain is gone, I have gained strength and endurance. Mark Sich doesn't lie when he promises to make you the most athletic version of yourself. The most unexpected outcome is the support and camaraderie of the Edge community. I look forward to seeing Mark, Sean, David and my "group" each and every time I walk through that door.

Ashley and the Edge Performance Therapy Team did a great job on my initial interview / treatment. She asked sufficient questions and had me do enough movements to totally understand my present situation, as well as my past physical history. I'm sure I'll be receiving the most appropriate treatments for a quick and effective recovery!

Their slogan is "A Better Way to Train" and that is entirely accurate. Working through an episode of Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, I seriously thought that I would be having daily issues for the rest of the year, or maybe the rest of my life. But a friend told me about The Edge and everything about the process from the initial contact, to the first evaluation appointment to the series of sessions with the incredible Ashley as my trainer was easy to access and professionally done. My trainer ( who has a doctorate ) understood the issue almost immediately and we were on the same page from the first moments onward. A series of stretching and strengthening exercises, along with some occasional physical therapy performed on-site by my trainer got me through the most painful injury ever and back on the golf course. I can't say enough about how good my experience has been here, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for workouts, classes, personal training, sports psychology and advice in a top level organization.

Over the past 3 years, my experience at The Edge has been extraordinary. Both the quality of the facilities, and more importantly, the staff/team. At The Edge you are getting trained professionals who are focused on helping each individual achieve their goals. They work across their therapy and training teams to make sure your experience is adapted as needed - your back acting up? ok, here's how we can adapt the workout...The Edge has also been valuable for my high-school age child. The team takes time to understand the needs, comfort level, etc., for my child to ensure they have a positive experience. As a result my child has increased both their fitness and their confidence.I can't recommend the Edge enough for someone looking to have a professional experience in a friendly, supportive, atmosphere.

I have had experiences at several local, chain PT facilities and Edge is unlike any of the them. You spend your full time with the therapist, no assistants or students. The therapists are super knowledgeable and very kind. It was a wonderful experience that I would recommend to all.

The Edge provides a unique training experience since it also has a performance therapy side of the business. I started at the Edge with performance therapy due to a shoulder issue I developed strength training elsewhere. I learned about the enhancement training side during one of my sessions and my neighbors also highly recommended it to me. I decided to give it a try and I love that the trainers are all aware of any muscular issues and/or injuries because they are in constant communication with the performance therapists. The trainers know how to modify any exercises without you having to ask them to do so. I've been training there since August and my shoulder couldn't be better nor have I developed any other injuries. The soft tissue warm-up is key and I love that this is part of the training even though it's not necessarily a workout. But it helps prevent injury which I have taken for granted. While I've been exercising for years, this three day a week program has truly made me feel stronger and I never get bored with the workouts because they change every four weeks. Highly recommend the Edge for both training enhancement and performance therapy!

I came to Edge with pretty significant sports related wear and tear to my shoulders and lower back. Within a week of working with Ashley and Tigs, I felt a difference. After 3 months of physical therapy and training, my shoulders and lower back feel stronger and more stable than they did before injuries. Edge is an Incredible and caring team, I highly recommend their services.

Tigs and her whole PT team are amazing! They have helped me so much through pregnancy and post-partum. I’ve gone to a few different PT places and they really go above and beyond in how much they listen and support me to reach my goals. Highly recommend especially for anyone looking to gain strength as part of their recovery.

This place has helped me get through some injuries, surgeries and other tough times. The performance therapy & training is the best I’ve ever experienced in my many years as an athlete and now older person playing sports I love still & strength training. I feel like this is my second family because of how much they care about me. The therapists and trainers are totally supportive & communicate with each other about any issues or injuries I may have. I trust them completely.

I started my journey with the Edge after making myself a new year's resolution to get in better shape. I had previous experiences with gyms (boot camps, planet fitness, etc.), but wasn't necessarily looking forward to joining another program which I would eventually abandon. When I started, I was a real mess. Being middle aged I made a lot of bad life choices which were immediately visible -- I felt middle aged.I started off with some personal training (Sean) and physical therapy (Antigone, Anushree). In the physical therapy session swe finally diagnosed that I had a small stroke in 2015, and the right side of my body had significantly atrophied over the years. Something that my doctor couldn't figure out after multiple visits.Through the personal training sessions, I was able to get in enough shape to join the general pop in group workouts. Since then I have made significant achievements, and can really feel the difference -- who knew I had a core?Beyond the personal achievements, I love this place due to the people. All the trainers (Sean, David, Alyssa, Mark) talked to each other to ensure they were making the right adjustments in my routine to meet MY needs. Beyond their understanding, I feel like part of something. The staff is very interactive and fun, and the different people I have meet in the group sessions I have come to know on a personal level as well. The price is more costly than what I have paid at other places, but you get what you pay for. (It's also a great motivator to not miss the thrice a week sessions).Mark is the owner, and has built the business. The staff, focus of the company, affirming attitude of making the best you permeates the organization.I look forward to everyday -- not because of the workouts, but due to the fact that I finally feel like I want to feel.
