This is such a great place to workout out at and I enjoyed it very much! I have gotten so much stronger! ????

Truly the best trainers. I love this place and always have a great time coming here. Rene has supported and helped me become a better athlete while I play hockey in college. Cant say enough great things about this place - highly recommend for athletes of all ages or anyone who wants to work out (beginner or advanced!).

At MSF Performance we pride ourselves on our attention to detail. We believe our assessment and the action we take following the assessment is what separates us from the rest. We believe our ability to progress and adjust to the individual needs of each client is paramount to their overall development. There is no guessing in our operation; in short, our practice is always backed by science.
All of our coaches have a degree in an exercise science related field, and are required to be Certified in DBC Human Mechanics & Biomechanics (Chicago's First)
