“I had a Saturday early afternoon appointment for my 2013 VW GLI and they clearly had a lot of cars to do. Consistently updated me and apologized for the wait - though I was fine - I appreciated the consideration! I’m not sure if it was due to the delay or what but they went well above and beyond my expectations. My car is gorgeous! My car had spent a bit too long between washes and under Oak Park trees and birds, and the interior, that’s a whole other story. They took care of all of it! Had a pretty ugly rear quarter scuff they waxed out. All way more than I could have asked for. Will continue to recommend because these guys do an excellent job and really care about how the car leaves vs what they are obligated to do. Can’t say enough great things about them!”

“This was the best experience for tinting I’ve had ever. They were super nice, and accommodated my appointment for Saturday. I did originally purchase through GroupOn and they honored that as well. They had a nice waiting room area with a tv and streaming services. There’s also a restroom as well. They explained all of the window options for the vehicle as well as well as explainging what’s legal and what is not. Afterwards they explained all the rules about aftercare and even left a microfiber towel with some treats as well. Ivan and his team did great! Make sure to ask about the life time warranty because that was also a huge plus.”

The service is brought to your home. The business owner brings all required supplies and equipment. You just need to provide an outlet....We have a 12 year old vehicle that is used to transport three dogs. We had significant amounts of dog hair woven into the carpet and other mud and slobber stains on the seats. The car looked nearly new when DECON finished. Very impressed... “I was looking to get my car professionally cleaned so that I could bring my baby daughter home from the hospital. I did a request a quote and Phil ended up responding with the best price. My only concern was that he was located in Schaumberg and I was in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of the city. In the end I decided to make the drive out and was so glad that I did. First of all, he's a super friendly guy and recommended waiting the service out at his Mom's restaurant, which was also really good (and probably needs its own separate review). I was hoping to be able to get my air filters replaced after he cleaned the engine bay area (2 years of living on a street under construction had definitely done a number on the engine compartment) and though he doesn't do mechanical work, he was able to have the mechanic next door come over to take a look, order the part and install it while I was at the restaurant. He made it so easy to get it all done. I would definitely use him again for the next time that my vehicle needs a deeper clean.”

When I asked him how much he would charge me, he told me to give him what I think was fair. Super excellent service for a very good price. “My vehicle was damaged 2xs this year .Once at Costco and once at Kohls parking lots. One was the driver side rear quarter-panel and the other the passenger side front quarter panel. Both were so expertly repaired and painted that I could not tell where the damage was originally. The owners are super nice people that get things done when they say they'll be done. Have gone to them for repairs before and their attention to detail makes for one happy customer!”

“I came here to get my car bumper fixed after getting rear-ended. The owner, Brad, was very kind and easy to work with from the moment that I called him regarding the need to get my car fixed. Ease of appointment: I brought my car in to check on availability, cost and how long it would take to fix the car. Brad mentioned that the wait would be about 2 weeks or so. However, he called me to inform me that he can fix my car earlier so I was able to drop it off earlier than anticipated. Cost: Average cost, Brad worked with the insurance company of the person that rear-ended me. Overall: It took 2-3 days to fix my car and they also provided me with a car wash so it looked nice and clean. I appreciated how the owner used new parts for the inside of the bumper that was badly rusted. He negotiated the costs with the insurance company even though the insurance company told him to use a used part. It's nice to have a trustworthy person fixing your car and having them fix it well with new parts vs. old/used parts. I'd recommend getting your car detailed here and will be back if I happen to need it for my car or other cars in the future.”
