As for the munchies they have an excellent selection of international items to the point it becomes more than a smoke shop but also an exotic snack shop with selections of a diverse variety from Japanese flavors of coke to Lebanese chips that are the best I've ever had. The selection is only matched by the down to earth customer service provided by the ownership and staff. They treat all customers with great hospitality and its always a pleasure to stop in. Also crunchy the cat is an absolute gentleman. 5/5”

Went in there, hoping against hope to find a phone charger...not only did they have an array of chargers, the owner made sure it fit my Android phone (yes, they have Apple!) and that the unit wld charge. If it didn't work, I was not obligated to buy the contents of the pkgs he opened. The ping of my charging phone! Awesome! And so cheap! Great charger, long cord,for quite a few bucks less than I paid on Amazon! I love this place! Chaotic and yet organized! This transplanted NY'r felt right at home! Love New American! “My favorite family pantry/ liquor store, they always give amazing service. Even when coming late and the guys is closing he will still wait and let you take your time they don't rush you like other places do when closing up. I used to travel to other places even though I live close to them because the people that used to own it would always rush me even if was close to an hour before they closed but the new owners and staff are extremely nice and always helpful. And as I'm a person who doesn't consume alcohol I like they have have a good variety of vapes, chips, sodas, and other snacks. Highly recommend this store!”

“Normally calling Walgreens Pharmacy is something I dread doing -- as the wait time/hold is typically long and once I am finally put in contact with an actual human oftentimes my answers/issues are not met or resolved easily. In other words, the process of working with Walgreens Pharmacy across the country in my experience has been painful due to the time it typically takes and the willingness of the staff to assist and resolve whatever it may be. However, this all changed once I started going to the Walgreens Pharmacy Location at 925 Green Bay Road, Winnetka, IL 60093. While generally speaking the response time from this location is better than other locations, what is particularly worth noting is the one Pharmacist John. On more than one occasion he has helped me significantly and goes above and beyond in assisting the patients. Throughout all the pharmacies I have visited, and all the pharmacists I have interacted with, John has by far been the best for countless reasons. Not only does he actively respond and quickly resolve problems or questions but he is kind while doing so. He also always provides updates which is greatly appreciated. All in all, my experience at this location and with the Pharmacist John in particular has been wonderful and in many ways he has now set a high standard that I wish all locations could meet! I hope that he gets the recognition that he so greatly deserves! Thank you!”
