Now, my son has 2 very different size feet because of a disability, he didn't judge his disability or his 2 different size feet?, and made sure he was comfortable in the shoes. “I hesitated going to a family owned store versus a big box for a quality tennis racket and tennis shoes, but that was what my son wanted. When we got there, we were greeted and the staff helped my son not only pick a quality racket, but they strung it right there. It only took 20 minutes and I found a great pair of tennis shoes. I bought him a cheap tennis racket from a big box and it affected his playing. Ths new racket definitely helps him play better and fantastic power. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE for all your tennis needs because that's all they do. They were actually about $20 cheaper than the big box with excellent customer service. Thank you”

“I had the BEST experience at King Keyser! I learned from last year that rental lines at ski resorts can sometimes leave you waiting for 3 hours (not an experience I want to have again). So this year, I went to King Keyser to rent equipment for my family. What an incredible experience. Jim and his team took great care of us, making sure we had exactly what we needed! We also left with some incredible new winter boots and new snowpants, their inventory was great! When we got to the ski resort, we got our passes and were on our way at the slopes! No more stress and frustration in the rental line! King Keyser is the best!!!”

“They are great here, maybe too great! I will explain: I haven't bowled in many years and decided to do it again with my wife. I was a customer over 20 years ago... After getting fitted last week, she was frustrated yesterday with 6 gutters in a row! She swore the ball was too heavy. After meeting with Lynn, he assured her the ball was not too heavy, all she needed was a wrist brace. Luckily I had filmed a few of her frames and showed them to Lynn. He slowed down the video and took time to analyze what she was doing wrong. He took 10 minutes to show her and gave some tips. Bottom line...she ended up beating me! Lol! Great Customer Service!”

I bought a long, down, duster coat a couple of weeks ago, and Jacks took the time to place the order over the phone for me, since my size was not in stock. She even made sure that I received the additional discount that I had earned as a rewards member. The coat arrived, and I wasn’t sure if I liked the fit, so I brought it into the store today. Jacks gave me her honest opinion, that it was too bulky on me, and then she suggested a different cost style and had me try it on. The coat she suggested fit beautifully, and I bought it on the spot. Be sure to ask Jacks for help because she knows the products inside and out, and truly has your best interest at heart!”

“I have nothing but good things to say about this location and Ken, the salesman. I’ve been on a streak since April, but today I left my office without riding. My options were to forget about it and ruin my consistent hard work and dedication, drive 40 minutes back to the office and ride, or look for the nearest showroom. I called the Oak Brook location, spoke with Ken and he told me I could come in and ride. When I arrived he was warm, nice, and very accommodating. This meant a lot to me after a rough couple of days. Ken allowed me to try the newest model bike, gave me shoes and headphones to use. I’m so glad I went because not only did I get my 30 minutes in, but I rode my personal best. When I was finished Ken said Peloton loves when customers come in and thanked me for coming in to ride. I left with a few promotional items and felt like a valuable customer and part of the Peloton family. Thank you Ken for your genuine kindness and excellent customer service.”
