It is not often you run into young customer service reps in retail that are as switched on as these two. They are truly a credit to the company. They deserve raises!! I was given options, the explanations were clear and concise and honest. The additional battery replacement I was offered was also at a discount since I was there to have the earpiece speaker replaced or cleaned. It turned out a cleaning was all it needed. That kept the price down. In less than 24 hours I referred two people. “I can't say enough good things about Sphinx Computer. Ahmed and Dorothy are highly knowledgeable and go above and beyond to provide their customers with superb service. I've experienced this on three separate occasions, and each time I've been extremely pleased. One example: Several months ago, I asked Ahmed to help me change from home WiFi to wired connections, in order to reduce my EMF exposure. He came out and spent about an hour inspecting my home and brainstorming solutions with me. We finally came up with a surprisingly simple system, which Ahmed set up with equipment from his store, at no extra cost. In the process, he diagnosed a computer problem that I reported and worked on it until it was solved. The total cost was very reasonable for all the work he did. To this day, my wired connections are working beautifully, and my computer is fast and smooth. It's good to know that in my neighborhood is such a friendly, reliable, and skilled team. “This place was very easy to find & the customer service is fanatical! I needed a new battery and screen (was cracked) for my IPod & Andy understood my dilemma. “Thank you, Cheryl!! Cheryl is a tech genius with printers. I had checked with a warranty program and explained the problem that I was having with my fairly new Epson ET-5800. Their answer was for me to box up this gigantic printer and ship it to them. No Way!! So, I contacted another very reputable computer/printer repair company and explained the problem to them. They assumed a technician needed to come to my home to fix the printer. FINALLY, I CALLED CHERYL after locating her thru Google search. I read the reviews and called and spoke to Cheryl and repeated what was happening with my printer.. This phenomenal tech savvy lady told me what the problem was in less than 5 minutes and told me how to resolve it. It was so simple that I almost didn't believe Cheryl. And, then she explained how the printer reads paper as it's creating the image when it goes thru the feeder. I was convinced that she knew her stuff!! It took me 2 minute to resolve my printer problem by following Cheryl's instructions. I told Cheryl that she will be blessed because she could have told me to bring my printer to her and charged me but she did not. Cheryl is the BEST!! I wish I could giver her a 10 Star rating.”
“Got my laptop fixed for only $500 when apple was going to charge $1500 for the same job. I had water damage on my brand new MacBook. Communication was great and they sent me updates as well and got the job done very quickly. They also send an email link with the portal you can sign up for and get updates and tracking info on the work that has been done.”

“Over the last two months I found two occasions to give C& K Electronics a 5-star review.The first was related to a dishwasher control board that was not working, was no longer made, nor replacment units available anywhere.Upon taking the unit to C&K Electonics, Perry repaired while I waited.Two weeks ago my stove began beeping with a F1 error code. This control board was also found to no longer be made, nor supported by the manufacturere.I took to to Perry to review and one day later he had it repaired. One hour later the stove was back working.”
“I have used Scott several times. My first experience with Scott involved a Charmille 440 CC wire EDM machine. Scott went through several boards that the manufacturer suggested could be failing. After examining the components of these boards he determined they were in working order. Turned out to be a door switch.Scott recently did an amazing job repairing the generator boards on my AgieCharmilles P550. Incredibly the machine would still run, but at significantly reduced speed. He replaced several components and now the machine is running as good as new. These are very complex boards. I would recommend Scott to anyone who has electronics issues with their equipment. If it’s not broke he tells you. If it is he is the guy you want fixing it.”

They are fast, more than reliable, and have the consumer's interest in their mind.I was having issues with making a bootable drive for windows and I called Dave for help. He offered to make a drive for me and pick it up from him. When I asked how much he would charge he said free of charge!In todays service industry what Dave did is not only nice, but truly the top tier of service excellence. He offered me contact information and pick up instructions to help assist me receiving the boot drive. He not only did that, but got my drive made in 20 minutes! It took about 8 weeks after dropping off to get my items back, but I was warned ahead of time and am completely fine with the wait. “I had a very positive experience today at BatteriesPlus in Glen Ellyn. I was desperate for an iPhone battery. The Glen Ellyn store had the battery I needed and an impressive array of many other types of batteries. When I called at 5:00 pm to check on the battery, I learned that Glen Ellyn store had the battery I needed and their store manger, Jeremiah, promised they would install the battery as soon as I could arrive. He even offered to stay late to complete the job if needed. I am completely impressed with this store, and especially the amazing staff at the Glen Ellyn location. Highly recommend…!!!”
