“The two associates I worked with were fantastic. Paul on the first day, and Derrick on the day I had the repairs performed. Knowledgeable and engaged. It is not often you run into young customer service reps in retail that are as switched on as these two. They are truly a credit to the company. They deserve raises!! I was given options, the explanations were clear and concise and honest. The additional battery replacement I was offered was also at a discount since I was there to have the earpiece speaker replaced or cleaned. It turned out a cleaning was all it needed. That kept the price down. In less than 24 hours I referred two people. I had been referred myself by my tenant.Do yourself a favour.... do NOT consider anyone else for your repairs.Now, about those raises....... :-)”

“Stopped by on a whim on a Saturday just an hour before they closed to get a second opinion on a lens another shop had recently told me would need to be sent out for repairs taking two weeks.... The good folks at Royal Camera took the lens in the back room and repaired it for me in 15 minutes, a minor enough repair to them that they didn't even feel the need to charge me even tho I offered to pay something for their time.
You don't often find this kind of honesty in business these days, so they'll have my business the next time I'm in need. Hats off to these guys (wish I had gotten your name), thanks again.”

I had the back glass of my phone replaced and at a better price than the mall repair places. Andy was kind and took his time to explain other electronics he repairs. I do not live close by. However, it was worth the drive to iFix Clinic for sure. I will definitely be returning here for future repairs and recommending iFix to others.

“Got my laptop fixed for only $500 when apple was going to charge $1500 for the same job. I had water damage on my brand new MacBook. Communication was great and they sent me updates as well and got the job done very quickly. They also send an email link with the portal you can sign up for and get updates and tracking info on the work that has been done.”
“Over the last two months I found two occasions to give C& K Electronics a 5-star review.The first was related to a dishwasher control board that was not working, was no longer made, nor replacment units available anywhere.Upon taking the unit to C&K Electonics, Perry repaired while I waited.Two weeks ago my stove began beeping with a F1 error code. This control board was also found to no longer be made, nor supported by the manufacturere.I took to to Perry to review and one day later he had it repaired. One hour later the stove was back working.”
“I have used Scott several times. My first experience with Scott involved a Charmille 440 CC wire EDM machine. Scott went through several boards that the manufacturer suggested could be failing. After examining the components of these boards he determined they were in working order. Turned out to be a door switch.Scott recently did an amazing job repairing the generator boards on my AgieCharmilles P550. Incredibly the machine would still run, but at significantly reduced speed. He replaced several components and now the machine is running as good as new. These are very complex boards. I would recommend Scott to anyone who has electronics issues with their equipment. If it’s not broke he tells you. If it is he is the guy you want fixing it.”

“I was having a hard time with my portal scanner, even called Epson customer service was on the phone for over an hour and they told me my scanner was out of warranty couldn't fix. Found Focus technologies service online and the lady that answer the phone was amazing helped me in figure out the problem in less then 10 min. I am so happy I found this amazing place, highly recommend to anyone with scanner, printers & projector problems. She was very frieendly, professional and knowledgeable. :)”

“These guys are awesome. They remanufacture crown forklift modules and test them on truck to make sure the work 100% these guys got me out of a jam with a customer. A rebuilt controller from crown was quoted to me at $2300 these guys did mine for almost a quarter of the price”

“WOW another great experience with Batteries Plus on Ogden in Naperville. Have an older cell phone that constantly needs recharging but I didn't want to buy a new phone. Went in there and spoke to Kristin and Tim. They checked to see if they had the battery I needed and then for any sales or discounts. Found the battery at a different Batteries Plus store. They both offered suggestions and advice especially in regards to saving money/hassle. A few hours later I had a brand new battery for my phone, neatly installed. Two very kind people and a great business.

“I had a very positive experience today at BatteriesPlus in Glen Ellyn. I was desperate for an iPhone battery. The Glen Ellyn store had the battery I needed and an impressive array of many other types of batteries. When I called at 5:00 pm to check on the battery, I learned that Glen Ellyn store had the battery I needed and their store manger, Jeremiah, promised they would install the battery as soon as I could arrive. He even offered to stay late to complete the job if needed. I am completely impressed with this store, and especially the amazing staff at the Glen Ellyn location. Highly recommend…!!!”
