“I’ve had a great experience with 2 different repairs here. 1 was a broken screen on my kids iPad and the other was a cracked camera lens on my iPhone 12. I didn’t even know that the lens could break - but my sheltered leaving a sharp jagged edge on the back of my phone. Both repairs were quick and I thought the prices were very fair compared to others - and I did call around. I would definitely recommend this place!”

“I can't say enough good things about Sphinx Computer. Ahmed and Dorothy are highly knowledgeable and go above and beyond to provide their customers with superb service. I've experienced this on three separate occasions, and each time I've been extremely pleased. One example: Several months ago, I asked Ahmed to help me change from home WiFi to wired connections, in order to reduce my EMF exposure. He came out and spent about an hour inspecting my home and brainstorming solutions with me. We finally came up with a surprisingly simple system, which Ahmed set up with equipment from his store, at no extra cost. In the process, he diagnosed a computer problem that I reported and worked on it until it was solved. The total cost was very reasonable for all the work he did. To this day, my wired connections are working beautifully, and my computer is fast and smooth. It's good to know that in my neighborhood is such a friendly, reliable, and skilled team. “Scott is an amazing technician and we bring all kinds of printed circuit boards to him. We had him repair a long obsolete board for a commercial powder mixer, and now they have a spare so that he can rebuild the others should they fail. Our customer was ready for us to engineer a new solution for all nine of their mixers, which would have cost them tens of thousands. Scott has fixed numerous Kohler generator boards for their transfer switches and discovered a design flaw in them that he corrected for us. Makes sense, as we keep seeing the same failure. We are more confident in Scott's repaired boards than new ones from Kohler! He reluctantly fixed an old Buck Hunter arcade game which the local arcade company said was unfixable and it works like new. Scott is a busy guy and his office is just for drop off and pick up, so don't just drive there expecting him to be there- rather call and leave him a message. Be patient, he always calls back and turns the repairs around in a timely manner. I don't understand the 1-star reviews unless folks were just in a big rush.”

“Thank you, Cheryl!! Cheryl is a tech genius with printers. I had checked with a warranty program and explained the problem that I was having with my fairly new Epson ET-5800. Their answer was for me to box up this gigantic printer and ship it to them. No Way!! So, I contacted another very reputable computer/printer repair company and explained the problem to them. They assumed a technician needed to come to my home to fix the printer. FINALLY, I CALLED CHERYL after locating her thru Google search. I read the reviews and called and spoke to Cheryl and repeated what was happening with my printer.. This phenomenal tech savvy lady told me what the problem was in less than 5 minutes and told me how to resolve it. It was so simple that I almost didn't believe Cheryl. And, then she explained how the printer reads paper as it's creating the image when it goes thru the feeder. I was convinced that she knew her stuff!! It took me 2 minute to resolve my printer problem by following Cheryl's instructions. I told Cheryl that she will be blessed because she could have told me to bring my printer to her and charged me but she did not. Cheryl is the BEST!! I wish I could giver her a 10 Star rating.”

He offered to make a drive for me and pick it up from him. When I asked how much he would charge he said free of charge!In todays service industry what Dave did is not only nice, but truly the top tier of service excellence.
