“I am very pleased with the service and result of my car repair. Mike the manager was very helpful. I had backed into something and caused a dent in my bumper. Since my car is 9 years old yet looks very good for its age, I wanted to have it repaired if possible avoiding getting a new bumper as money was an issue. Mike has a process which does the repair and the bumper looks great with only a few scratches. His charge was very reasonable saving me a lot of money. He also provided me a ride home and back since it would have been too long for me to wait there and I was unable to find someone to take me home and back. “I want to say how much I appreciate the help Justin A. provided today. As I was checking out I inquired about the veterans discount to which he verified my status from my license. I was having trouble with my debit card. I tried it several times but it was not being approved. At that time another Auto Zone member came over to help. Justin stepped over to see if he could get my card to process. He then provided the other Auto Zone member his Auto Zone discount card for me to receive the employee discount. I was getting ready to try one more time with my card except this time I was going to use my pin.

Justin pulled his wallet out and began to remove his own bank card to pay for me. I told him no he didn't need to do that and he asked me if I was sure. I told him thank you very much, but no, and finally my transaction was processed.

“Getting into a accident is already stressful. Thinking of the repairs and cost is on top of all that. From the moment I went in till I left they have given the best service! Even after it was all done I was so excited to get my car back I left something very valuable in the rental and not only did they say “hey no problem we will get it”. Their work is great and finished the job much sooner than the expected date (which was an added bonus), and their customer service is just top notch. “In summer of 2022 I was fortunate enough to acquire my dream car (2003 Cobra) and when I purchased the car, it was extremely close to bone stock. Throughout that winter I was beginning to brainstorm ideas for making the car more personable and (of course) more power. I reached out to Mike at the beginning of 2023 about the car and what I would like to do with it. Not only did he take the time to answer all of my questions, but he gave me tons of useful advice, suggestions on parts to order, etc. Once spring rolled around, we scheduled to have the car dropped off at his shop for the work. We ended up doing a Whipple supercharger, Todd Warren cams, oil pump gears, full fore fuel system, transmission and clutch upgrades, as well as a tune from Mike. Between them being severely busy and me having a big job to begin with, they knocked the job out in a super timely manner, and all of the work is top notch. The car runs flawlessly and has never skipped a beat. Recently (2024) I snapped an axle on the car, I called Mike right away and he told me to drop it off and they will get to it asap. Within days of the car being dropped off, they confirmed the diagnoses and Mike called me back with options on repair. Once again, they delivered with amazing work and the car is perfect once again. All of these reviews saying Mike doesn’t know how to talk to people and he’s rude blah blah blah clearly don’t like honesty. Mike is straight up and to the point, and for me, that’s what I appreciate and value. I own a motorcycle repair/sale business and Mike has also helped me with tips and tricks as to my business as well. Extremely personable guy, straight forward, and excellent work.”
