“Amazing job on my 2018 WRX! I was rear ended and Forrest Auto Body was the body shop partnered with Brilliance Subaru, so I knew that they would do a stellar job, especially working with Subaru’s symmetrical all wheel drive. Annette followed up with me weekly and made sure I was in the loop. Tyler was constantly was firm with the insurance company to make sure I had all the necessary oem parts so my wrx was 100% whole and no short cuts taken. Mike and his team did an outstanding job with the mechanical and body work, leaving no stone unturned and bring the car back good as new and showroom quality!”

“Had a great experience. The workers were extremely nice and friendly. The service was extremely quick too.I walked in and the receptionist worker greeted me and asked about what I was looking for and my vehicle model. He then found the part and lowered the price a bit. The cashier was also very kind. I went out to the back and gave the guys my receipt and in no time i had my wheel.From the time I walked in and the time I left, it was under 15 minutes. It’s also nice you don’t have to go into the junkyard.”

“I called K40’s customer service line after getting frustrated with not finding the answer to my question in the manual or with a quick Google search. Dave was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as I asked him multiple rapid fire questions on how to use my new radar detector. In today’s world most people only take the time to leave a review if it’s negative so I wanted to try to counterbalance that by leaving a positive review about my genuine experience. “My partner and I have come to the Elgin location recently for all of our automotive repairs, and the staff in the auto department is phenomenal! These guys are friendly, professional, and efficient. The service manager, Alexis, helped us resolve a recent miscommunication involving our quote- he went above and beyond to get us the best possible outcome, and followed up thoroughly the whole way through. Ben has also given us honest advice, and really takes the time to communicate what is being done and following up as well. “Exceptional repair shop. Fantastic customer service. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Someone hit my car in November 2023. The insurance process took forever. As soon as my car was dropped off at this location, I was very hopeful because I was updated every step of the way. My car was ready on time, and the work was flawless. I had a great walk through the day I picked up my car. The manager went into details regarding every repair which was done and the extra step they had to take to contact the insurance company for additional mechanical damages. She's an exceptional manager. I would recommend you visit this shop if you were in a crash. They are perfect!”

“Ive been taking all of my cars here for oil change. They always do a great job and emplpyees are always nice. Its nice when you can schedule 7 days a week. Love that they send you a reminder when your next oil change is come and due by sending you a coupon. I tell peiple all the time and not many knows that farm&fleet have auto center. I wish they can do more variety of service like trans fluid change and etc.”

“My experience here was not a pleasant one. If it wasn’t for the help provided by the advisor, Dante, my ratting would have been 1 star or 0 stars if that was an option.I came in for an oil change, and a check for a possible oil leak. My impression was that the oil leak check will be done under the usual “free” inspection that is usually performed anytime I bring the car for service. I was told that a check for an oil leak will not be done during the “free” inspection, and the dealer will need to perform a diag. Fair enough, I agreed to pay for the diag considering that the money paid for it will be applied towards a possible fix. During the diagnostics, I was told that the oil leak is coming from the loose oil plug. In addition, it was noticed that the thermostat housing needs replaced, which is covered under the warranty. All great until here. I even complimented one of the service advisors for being honest and telling me of an issue I did not even ask to be checked. I left my car at the dealer on Saturday morning to have the thermostat housing replaced. On Tuesday morning I was called by Dante letting me know that the thermostat housing did not need replaced, but instead the timing cover needs replaced which is not covered under the warranty (3k miles over the 72k, and less than 6 years). I have asked if there can be made an exception in my situation since I just passed my warranty by 3k miles, and my car is less than 6 years old. I was told that VW has strict rules, and does not make exceptions like this. Fair, but I did let my advisor know that I have always been to the dealer (not the Elgin location) for service, and there was no word of an issue when the car was still under warranty. So it was a bit suspicious that once I am out of the warranty and issue arises which would have been covered unde the warranty. Whatever, it is possible that this issue to the timing cover to not have been noticed during my previous visits at a VW dealer (to be clear not the Elgin location). All my services were done at a different VW location, so I cannot say that the Elgin VW is responsible for not noticing this issue while my car was still under warranty.To my surprise, the timing cover was causing the oil leak, which initially I was told it is due to the loose drain plug. I am not sure where the misunderstanding was, but it seems like the service technicians told Dante one thing, and a few days later they came back with another story. It is quite unfortunate for me as a customer to be told one thing, and a few days later to be told the initial assessment was wrong, and now we have a different issue. One question I have, what happened to the thermostat housing that needed to be replaced and the loose oil plug? Did it fix itself, or was this a bad assessment from the service technicians? Almost forgot to mention, after the service I’ve asked for pictures of the timing cover that was replaced, but there were no pictures taken. Usually I am being given pictures of the things that are fixed, issues, etc., but this time there were no pictures taken.I understand that mistakes can happen to the best of us, and that is one other reason I am giving 4 stars out of 5. I thank Dante for trying to explain the situation, and working with me to put a closure to this. He has apologized for the situation and did everything in his power to help me.This might not be the last time I pay this dealer a visit, but I do hope this does not repeat.”

“I bought a new 2023 F-150 XLT from Ford today. Jaden was my salesman, and he knew every question I had right away. He was extremely helpful, and was an awesome salesman. I’m very happy to do business with him, and Hopkins Ford. We couldn’t find a price that was going to work for me, but we kept talking for 5 more days, and they kept working harder and harder to get the truck to me at the price I needed it. They were finally able to make it work, and I’m very grateful that they worked so hard for me. I will absolutely be buying more cars from them in the future.
