“Stephanie does a great job. Recently I had an issue with a wire transfer. I originally contacted Stephanie to investigate the issue. She put me on hold and immediately contacted the Wire Transfer Department to investigate the problem. On that call it was discovered that no transfer had been completed. For the next few days she contacted her sources to determine if the transfer had been completed and contacted me. She did this without my requesting any additional assistance. Today she called and told me that the transfer had been completed. This is excellent customer service. Thank you Stephanie.”

“Let me just say that beauty that comes out of people, especially during this terrible pandemic and even during my terrible time I was blown away by the kindness and stature of Pracilla, the customer service representative at this location. I know for a fact I am not spelling her name right, forgive me but I hope I get my point across when I say that I came in with a broken spirit when I had woken up at 5:30 in the morning only to discover that someone had stolen $300.00 out of my account. After having gone through 7 debit cards ever since this pandemic hit as online hackers have become very prominent, I had had enough and broke down and treated this woman poorly at first I am regretting to say as I wasn’t acting with my highest self and just felt hopeless. She has a beautiful accent but I didn’t think she understood Me in my emotional state, and was disrespectful and shame on me for that as I strive for unity in the world. But to the contrary she returned with nothing but professionalism and resolved my problem promptly and while showing me empathy at the same time. I couldn’t handle it myself and needed someone to take the reins and she got it done. I am thankful, I am grateful, and I am sorry for the way I treated her and she should be held in high regard. “Be careful and know your rights. USB employees are very helpful and try very hard but they do not provide advice with respect to how to structure beneficiaries or transfer on death. I got burned but I own it. Otherwise, they are a great local bank that focuses on the customer. Great app!”

Ben and Yesenia are fabulous with answering questions and giving guidance whether it's regarding simple transactions or making decisions about a banking product.
