“Came in for an upgrade but no stock. Alma and Shari assured me phone would come to my house in 2 days abd it did. They both were so nice and made me feel good as a customer. Came back to them to activate and have old phone changed to 2nd line. Eric helped me with this. Very friendly and took time to explain things. A nice employee. This store would be my go to luckily. I was afraid to go anywhere after the extremely bad experience at the Orland store near Mall. Customers should go to Tinley.”

“Ron was a gem. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He was patient. He was understanding of my wife's health condition (migraines) and allowed her to hold his personal phone to see if the could handle the weight of the phone due to her fibromyalgia. He had great people skills. He is definitely a keeper for your staff. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else other than Ron.”

For the past year, I Fix It in Homer Glen has been fixing and maintaining them all as soon as they're out of warranty. Just in the last two weeks they completely refurbished two 27" iMac that Apple wanted ? to fix. From screen replacement to memory upgrades we are never going back to Samsung or Apple.”

“As a Target girl it was nothing but great to visit a Super Target on a Saturday morning. Thankfully, I didn't go too crazy and I was able to get everything I needed. The staff was great, the store was clean, the prices were typical Target pricing (lower than Walgreens but higher than Walmart) and the experience was as always A1. I went in to get some sporting gear and wound up finding exactly what I wanted. Thank you for having a great color and size variety. Even the bathroom was clean and that's always a plus in a world where germs are taking over at an all time high. Take your time when you come here because there is definitely something for everyone. This place will not disappoint.”

Do you know that they have the summer items already on display!? Retailers waste NO TIME BABY! LOLI noticed the display of Black History Month Items and I thought it was cool.Target is known for displaying culture appropriate items. Showcasing black creatives from food items to clothing lines.I can appreciate that. Check out the pics of a few neat things displayed for BHM at Target. “My mom's phone carrier was Sprint before Sprint merged with T-Mobile. T-Mobile has been sending me new SIM cards to install, and I procrastinated beyond the May 1, 2023, deadline which caused mom's phone to stop working. I am handling mom's finances and am her full-time caregiver. Today I needed to transfer money between her accounts and could not receive the code to log into the account since the phone had been inactivated. I went to the Lemont T-Mobile and was told they could not access the old Sprint accounts. The salesperson told me to go to Homer Glen. When I got to Homer Glen, I was told they do not have access to old Sprint accounts anymore either. I was so frazzled. At first Mo was going to give me the customer service number to call from home, but after seeing how stressed out I was, he said we could call from the store. Between Mo and Dave, I had a working phone when I walked out of the store. I am so grateful to both of them. Stop in next time you need a phone--you will love the customer service! Thanks Mo and Dave!”

“I sent this to the CEO this evening.Dear Mr. Vestberg,I am writing because you have an exemplary employee here in our hometown of Frankfort, Illinois. We don't know her last name, but her first name is Kara. When we entered this store years ago, we were not sure we wanted to stay with Verizon. I had had terrible experiences in New Lenox, and while upgrading to my former phone, many photos etc. were lost. Kara promised us she would never take my phone out of sight, and would have me check each item and make sure I had everything before exchanging and cleaning that phone. Kara was true to her word. We totally trust her with our phones. Often,she is the only employee and she attempts to service several individuals at the same time. While something is transferring or uploading here, she is fixing something there. Sometimes we are there a long time while sharing her with others. She is patient, informative, calm, and genuinely caring. At 74, and 75, we are not always treated so well. My husband happily came home with his new phone today.If there is some way for you to honor or compensate her in some way, please do so.”
