“I almost never write reviews but I really wanted to shout out the great customer service I received this past weekend. I don't shop at old navy often but I saw the large 40% off everything sale signs and stopped in. I have two events coming up this month the first being next week and I needed new jeans.
Old navy has a lot of jeans! I had no idea they have so many styles just jeans everywhere and to be honest I kinda got overwhelmed. So I asked an associate who was nearby for help and I really have to shout out Kimberly she was so polite and so knowledgeable about the styles, fit, sizing just everything. She even explained to me about the different inseam and stretch fabric. I got two pairs of flare jeans and some sandals. I was so thrilled with my purchase that I went back to old navy before the sale ended and Kimberly helped me again to find some denim shorts.
Old navy has a lot of denim shorts, she let me know that if my size wasn't available or if i saw a pair online that I wanted she could order it for me from the store and the shipping would be free. That's great to know who doesn't love free shipping!
My overall experience at the orland park store was really, really great, the store was busy both days but everyone was polite and very helpful. 5 stars! Thanks.”

“I have shopped at the Joliet store and Orland Park store the past couple of years. The Manager Max is the best part of the Hot Topic experience because he managed both locations and he always is so helpful. A business is only as strong as it's customer service and Max is friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the items. I love the t shirt's, crazy nerdy items and the prices. Great location and good mall with lots of great shops. Visit Max and have fun.”

“Rally House at the Orland Square Mall was a fantastic one-stop shop for all of my Chicago souvenirs! The store is huge, and they have a large variety and selection of merchandise for Chicago, all Chicago sports teams, and a ton of Illinois colleges and universities. I gave them 4 stars because it was a little pricey (but I'm okay with that since everything is in one place!) and they had merchandise from every Big Ten school...except for Penn State! Other than that, it's a must-visit store!”

“I have to give this place 5 stars because it was very neat and clean. The clerks were neat in there appearance, courteous and professional. They were very attentive to my son's needs and me too. Even though I wasn't buying anything for me, but they still asked if I was interested in anything. That's how customer service should be especially when you are spending money in there establishment on there product. So, yeah, I had to give these guys 5 stars.”

“Just bought a suit K&G in Orland Park 12/16/2023 and I had the best customer service experience I’ve ever came across. Charles is amazing and extremely extremely intelligent. He helped me pick out a beautiful suit that matched my Fiancée’s dress. I showed him a picture of Hany fiancées dress and told him I need a nice suit to match it, he literally measured me and got me a full suit set up in 15 mins. Everyone at my engagement loved my suit!! I spent 4 hours at Macys and walked out with nothing. I can’t thank you guys enough especially Charles. Let him know I appreciate him and I will always recommend people to him. You the man Charles! “First time, but won’t be the last!!! HUGE SHOUT OUT TO BRITTANY for warming up the store (inside joke) and being extremely knowledgeable about the products as I am out of the loop. Brittany made sure my daughter got to try on the selections she chose. I didn’t feel rushed, overwhelmed or oversold. I have Under Armour gym shoes that recently made their way out of the box after nearly 5 years! Same thing with my Puma’s. I probably wear sneakers once a year at best. But, SNIPES has so many great styles and selections, buying gym shoes might become my thing. And, as a novice, not sure if I’m supposed to call them gym shoes, sneakers or kicks! Overall great experience.”

“Their employee, Grace, has the BEST customer service that I’ve ever had in life! Not exaggerating at all. I was driving hours away to find Honda shirts and she went above and beyond to show me what their store had and made sure my size was available. When I got there to pick it up, she had it at the register already and a size up just in case. Come to find out, I definitely needed that size up.
