“Jim at Roger's & Hollands in the mall in Fairview Heights Illinois is fantabulous!!! Mike and I have bought several different types of jewelry and he was awesome, helping us from start to finish. The last purchase so far was a new wedding ring for my upcoming 50th Wedding Anniversary. We put the ring in lay away two years ago. The payments were made like clockwork, always on time. I wasn't supposed to get my wing until Nov of this year. He talked Mike into giving it to me this past Christmas!! I was outdone, had no idea. I am truly grateful and appreciative of everything he's done for us with our shopping experience and would recommend the store to everyone I run across asking about good jewelry stores. Jim & his staff are very personable and take the time to help you get what you want. ☺️❤️?”

“Great service, and friendly staff. I brought in a wooden watch with plastic parts that had stopped working. It's my wife's favorite..I asked them if they thought they could fix it? It's definitely way cheaper than their typical merchandise. They were sincere and didn't laugh me out of the store with my request. They said they would look at it and do what they could. They called me a week later and told me to come collect my watch. It was fixed. Awesome! Would gladly return.”
