Excellent! Very knowledgeable- so happy to find an expert to care for my antique watches n even found date of my grandfather's railroad pocket watch which is 1903. Also has a nice amount of vintage clocks. Love the sound of clocks ticking and chiming - very relaxing and calming sound.

I went to 3 repair shops they all told me that I had to send my watch in to seiko. They replaced it the capacitor in the watch in 5 mins and it was working like new again!!! I can not be more pleased with my experience!!!
