The application process seems extensive like most real estate companies, but was extremely smoooth sailing. We even hit some bumps in the road, but they kelp consistent communication and worked to help us make our more perfect! The timing we have been with them has been amazing, when we call they answer. If there is something that need to be done or fixed, they are usually here the next day or has given us an appointment the next day. “I was having trouble finding a suitable place here and my friend recommended this company. Debbie is really sweet and amazing! This is the first place I’ve ever rented where everyone’s friendly. Maintenance came out to fix issues I noted on my walkthrough, which I’ve never had done before (usually I have to place in a separate work order). My neighbors are quiet and my apartment was very clean at move in, I feel it’s worth the rent they are charging. I viewed places with other companies only to see dead roaches and other red flags (Hartmann Rentals who owns the majority of properties here). It seems like this company cared about their tenants and prospective tenants.”

“WOW!!!I am very surprised! I have had my home in Belleville, IL managed by Strano since 2013. I have been happy about all the issues that have come up over the years. This is 2023! Yes, there have been minor issues that I was a little upset with but, not to the extent that I have just read on this forum. I guess as an owner there is a bit of difference in perspective.
