“WOW!!!I am very surprised! I have had my home in Belleville, IL managed by Strano since 2013. I have been happy about all the issues that have come up over the years. This is 2023! Yes, there have been minor issues that I was a little upset with but, not to the extent that I have just read on this forum. I guess as an owner there is a bit of difference in perspective. I will be moving back to Belleville in the next 9 months and hopefully my home will be move in ready when I get there. WOW !!! I am totally surprised! I have had only 2 families in my house in the last ten years. The first left the year lease early and paid for it. The second family has been in my home for almost 10 years. I believe he has been a "Mr. Fix It" so minor stuff he took care of. I guess I have been lucky. I just do not know!”
