The employees at the customer service desk need some additional training on what exactly customer service is. Even one of the managers, Robby was rude and unhelpful. I will no longer be a customer there.

Ordered a shower base that got lost somewhere in shipping. Called 3 times and spoke with less than helpful service reps two of which said they would call back and never did. On my final call, the rep said the tracking link would not work so that's all she could do. Had to cancel the order. What a joke, would give 0 stars if I could.

After 25 years years of using Lowe's almost exclusively I am done with them. I went tonight and the store was almost empty of customers. I needed help in aisle 16 and can find no worker to assist me. I asked the two cashiers working in front who are just standing there if they can call someone to assist me in aisle 16. They announced it on store speaker. No one come. After 10 minutes I ask two employees at the contractor desk to call for help and they do again. They of course are just sitting and talking no customers. Again no one come. I wait ten minutes and again out loud ask for help from Burt and Ernie and no one comes. Then I leave and call the store customer service who puts me on hold to speak to the manager. Guess what? They don't answer either. HELLO AMAZON

Customer service does exist just not at this location today. I'm sure there are great people who work there but I can't stop by everyday to find someone to actually help. The "management" available could be easily replaced by my five year old. Although he didn't go into a long story about dinosaurs his response to questions was about the same. He knows nothing, life is confusing but "uhmm". This isn't a "can't get good help now days" review, because it does exist but not when you don't care at all about how you do your job.

Okay LONG Rant... cuz I can't get reparations until the job is finished! I ordered 3 windows and a sliding patio door to include the screen in 7/2022. Its 10/2023 and I have 2 screen doors and no rollers to install them. Install was supposed to be in Mar, we are in Oct and they keep sending me screen doors without the rollers that are used to operate the door? They call me every 7 days to say they will call me back in 48 hours to make sure I'm being taken care of. 7 days later they call to see if job is complete? Long story long 14 months+ later and 2 screen doors in the garage. WTH?! This experience has been less than pleasurable. I was promised a 4 month lead time for doors from July 2022. Windows were in stock October 2022 BUT had to wait for door to come in to get install. Door came in November but the soonest they could come was March 2023. I have had installers here at least 4-5 times and still not completed. Unable to speak with anyone that can help. I have had to take off time from work to accommodate the installers and it not completed.

A Lowes installer came out to install our screen door. The door didn't come with hinges (which Millworks should have known when I special ordered the screen door four months ago) so he took my old screen door and the new one back to Lowe's to get hinges. Someone there told him they'd have to return my special-order screen door and order another one and that they couldn't give him hinges. He left my special-order screen door at Lowe's and still has my old screen door. I texted him and told him to come back to reinstall my old screen door. He was supposed to come back that afternoon. I went to Lowe's that night and talked to Bruce, who used to work in Millworks, and Jeni, who works in the flooring section. They gave me the hinges. Jeni called Sergio Garcia and he told her he'd come back the next day between 12-2 pm to install my special-order screen door. At 3 pm the next day, I called him, left a message, and sent him a text message. I called Jeni at your store and she called him as well with no avail. My wife was already in town so she went to Lowes and talked to the store manager. The manager said they'd have to contact the installer, Summit Installations, to reschedule the installation. They came out two weeks later to install our screen door. The door was damaged, and the installer put multiple holes in places that weren't supposed to have holes! He was even giving my wife attitude and was very unprofessional. We contacted the store manager again who said we'd have to buy another door and find someone to install it or install it ourselves! Once our new door was installed, we could return the damaged screen door. We went back to Lowes three weeks later to return our damaged, special-ordered screen door. We had to wait until we bought the correct door, that should have been recommended to us in the first place, and have my dad come over from Arkansas to help me install it. After the return desk employee finally got off of the phone from answering phone calls to the store (we waited for 10 minutes), he told us we had to get manager approval to return it because we were past the 90 day window. The screen door was installed three weeks ago on 4 Aug!!!! I found Tim, who works in Millworks, and he said we'd have to come back to the store tomorrow so the right people would be there to talk to the installer so we could get our money back. DO NOT buy a door from Lowes and have them install it. You can't make this sh!t up.....unbelievable. I'm NEVER going to shop there again.

This is the worst Lowe's I've ever encountered. On multiple occasions the employees/ management have treated me poorly. Lance in the lighting department has a mouth on him, that he should never be allowed to be in management. He is extremely rude. And Ethan the assistant manager is a joke doesn't do anything to try and make the customer happy or leave satisfied. If I was anyone I'd shop at Home Depot or Menards over Lowe's. They know the basics to customer service. Lowes customer service is poor and they do not care if they treat you badly. The management talks down to customers in front of employees and other customers. So of course the regular employees see it and think it's ok.

Hello. Everyone. It has finally came my beautiful whirlpool washer after having to wait a couple of day s but worth it. They were very polite courteous help full sweet mature pleasant efficient so I got my washer at Fairview heights IL. Lowes. So I guess we will get our stuff from now on at Lowes. Thank you Lowes team for being so helpful n nice. Go to Lowes in Fairview heights IL the best

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is a joke. Never anyone to help you. One I bought all new stainless appliances and when they delivered it, there was a cheap white stove that the idiots tried to leave at my house.

My husband and I did extensive research on the appliances we wanted and decided to purchase from Lowes. The financial part of the transaction went without a hitch. We were given a delivery date and delivery time range between 10am and 2pm, 6/26 our delivery date and its well after 2pm. I called Lowes for 40 minutes talked to the same CSR, who later told me he could have checked my order status but chose to make me wait on hold for an ungodly amount of time. Customer service is lacking and if you can avoid purchasing appliances from Lowes... you should. As I write this review we are still waiting for our delivery

Wasted an entire day waiting for a delivery. A representative called me the day before the delivery saying it would arrive between 8AM-12PM. No one showed up, so I called the store and was told the delivery time changed from 1PM-5PM. No one bothered to contact me about this delivery time change. Very frustrating that they could care less about wasting your time after making the sale. I'm sure it would be a different story if it were the other way around.

Does anyone here actually work? Came in here with my husband to look for stuff for the house we just bought. We went to several departments and not a single person acknowledged our existence. First we went to the appliances section but it was busy so we said we would circle back. When we went to the kitchen counter area THE FIRST TIME there was someone there and as soon as we got there he got up and left... so we said we would come back. After going through the rest of the store we went back to the counter section there was TWO employees there, both immediately ignored us and tried to avoid eye contact. So we went up to the lady at the computer and it was the most awkward and rude encounter ever. We asked a simple question and she responded to us like we were absolutely crazy. Then after my husband said "ok sorry" because she made him so uncomfortable she proceeded to tell him that she doesn't even work in that department she works in appliances. I said oh ok we are going to go there next (we wanted to buy a washer and dryer but apparently nobody wanted to make a sale that night). The lady says "ok" and stays there.... So of course she didn't help us in her own department. It's not like the store was busy... it wasn't, they just ignored us which is pretty unfortunate. Guess we will spend our money elsewhere.

I ordered one item online for curbside pickup. The app said to come pick it up 6:45 and check in online so we know you are on your way. Get to Lowes, park, enter the spot number on their app (just like Target). I sit and wait. Four songs play. I call the number the app provides if there's a problem. I call, they have no idea I have checked in. It is now 7:30. I have them get the order. I go back to the vehicle. I wait 7:45....they close in 15 minutes. Still nothing. I go back. I get told that they are pulling the order and to wait in the vehicle. It was 7:50 before the order showed up. GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!!

I am so frustrated and disappointed. I purchased a range and hood from Lowes in Fairview Heights which I was advised would be delivered this afternoon between 2 & 4 so I took off work early to be home for the delivery. The installer called me at 2:24 and said that Loews couldn't find my range. They then located it, but it was too late to have it installed today. Because I can't take off work again I have to wait 2 weeks for a Saturday install.
