“I was pleasantly surprised by my David's Bridal experience- for both wedding dress shopping and alterations. This was my first stop for dress shopping.. and ended up being my last stop! I procrastinated on wedding dress shopping and at 3 months out from my wedding, I knew I had to start looking. It was easy to sign up for appointment on Davids Bridal website. I picked a free weekday morning and was able to grab an appointment during the same week. My appointment was at opening time, so I had the whole store to myself for the first 30 minutes. My stylist Aubree was so warm and greeted me with a small goodie bag on arrival. After asking few questions about my wedding venue and preferences, she gave me some time to browse on my own. Knowing that my wedding is coming up soon, she recommended dresses that are ready-to-wear in my size. Within 10 minutes she helped me find 5 dresses within my budget and we were able to narrow down to 3. Out of the 3 was the one!! I did not bring heels with me but luckily they have a small shoe section. The heels I tried were so comfortable and matched my dress so well that I had to buy them as well! My stylist reminded me to signed up for their free rewards program and I got a 10% discount at checkout. Before I left, we scheduled an alteration appointment within 2 weeks. I considered canceling my alteration appointment, after reading negative experiences with David Bridal alteration department online. I shopped around several tailors and Davids Bridal ended up with the most reasonable pricing and quickest turnaround (around 1 month for shortening hem). Last week, I picked up my finished dress and cannot be more excited to wear it on my wedding day!”
