2020 prompted Urban Yoga Chicago to create
HealedLovedFed, an online wellness membership program designed to help clients find their authentic expression and a sense of
ease in their own bodies.
They use yoga and wellness tools as the point of entry to align clients' minds and bodies with the life they want.
