I come here almost everyday. Wonderfully crafted classes and the space is incredibly peaceful. I love the teachers as well: each brings a personal flair to their classes.

I recently stopped by Ahimsa for a class while traveling, and what a joy it was. The studio is very clean and welcoming and the class really hit the spot. I was having a stressful day and it felt great to recenter at Ahimsa. A++

We are open 7 days per week and stream most of our classes on Zoom. Your membership includes classes at all Ahimsa locations including Oak Park, Berwyn, and Elmhurst, Illinois.
