Gave them a call, super nice and patient with me on the phone, gave me a price (which was the same price when I picked up the car), and scheduled me in. You and Sam responded quickly with my situation, although I researched the problem. 2 things I was on the fence with if you get the job the diagnosis should be either reduced or free! 2nd , if the customer should be offered the choice for disposal of artifacts from their vehicle.
