“I first went to T-Mobiles Evanston store in October 2023. A young man named Johan assisted me; I had recently been a victim of Identity Theft and my phones were hacked.
I came in with three phones, told him the situation and he's wasn't fazed at all. He took his time and worked with each one and set up the new one. Even suggested the home Internet as a temporary fix since my service was compromised as well. Excellent experience!
It's now May 2024, and I have been back for his assistance twice. Very knowledgeable when it comes to the phones technology. And, I actually kept the Internet service as the ACP program came to an end.
