The Glen Ellyn store had the battery I needed and an impressive array of many other types of batteries. When I called at 5:00 pm to check on the battery, I learned that Glen Ellyn store had the battery I needed and their store manger, Jeremiah, promised they would install the battery as soon as I could arrive. “Thank you Mario for being an audio plastic surgeon. I took my Cam Am Spyder to another audio place on the north side of Chicago last summer to install 4 speakers, new amp, and an equalizer. The job was horrible. The speakers would turn off on me, they would make a loud popping noise and overall it really bothered me. I wanted Mario from M&M to take a look at it this year and correct the mistakes. Luckily I was able to get on his schedule and Mario replaced 2 speakers and added tweeters, he replaced my battery to lithium, add jumping pegs to my frunk, replaced my equalizer, added a new controller and Bluetooth, added a platform inside my frunk to separate the audio from anything I want to place there, added an USB port, and did countless repairs that the other place made on my bike. For example Mario had to plug the extra holes in the speaker holders/mounts, repair a large hole in the frunk, and replaced wires that the other place just spliced and spliced and spliced again. I am super happy with the end product and this place is highly recommended!”

Do not let the shop fool you because it not super high tech looking. He knows his stuff. He has speakers that he designs and builds that will blow your mind. I have listened to 15-20k$ speakers that cant come close to his own built and designed speakers.”
“I have used Scott several times. My first experience with Scott involved a Charmille 440 CC wire EDM machine. Scott went through several boards that the manufacturer suggested could be failing. After examining the components of these boards he determined they were in working order. Turned out to be a door switch.Scott recently did an amazing job repairing the generator boards on my AgieCharmilles P550. Incredibly the machine would still run, but at significantly reduced speed. He replaced several components and now the machine is running as good as new. These are very complex boards. I would recommend Scott to anyone who has electronics issues with their equipment. If it’s not broke he tells you. If it is he is the guy you want fixing it.”

I would highly recommend working with the company. They are fast, more than reliable, and have the consumer's interest in their mind.I was having issues with making a bootable drive for windows and I called Dave for help. He offered to make a drive for me and pick it up from him. When I asked how much he would charge he said free of charge!In todays service industry what Dave did is not only nice, but truly the top tier of service excellence. He offered me contact information and pick up instructions to help assist me receiving the boot drive. He not only did that, but got my drive made in 20 minutes! Dave really is a gem and like I said i would highly recommend Computer Medics for service needs!”

“Over the last two months I found two occasions to give C& K Electronics a 5-star review.The first was related to a dishwasher control board that was not working, was no longer made, nor replacment units available anywhere.Upon taking the unit to C&K Electonics, Perry repaired while I waited.Two weeks ago my stove began beeping with a F1 error code. This control board was also found to no longer be made, nor supported by the manufacturere.I took to to Perry to review and one day later he had it repaired. One hour later the stove was back working.”

“I was having a hard time with my portal scanner, even called Epson customer service was on the phone for over an hour and they told me my scanner was out of warranty couldn't fix. Found Focus technologies service online and the lady that answer the phone was amazing helped me in figure out the problem in less then 10 min. “The two associates I worked with were fantastic. Paul on the first day, and Derrick on the day I had the repairs performed. Knowledgeable and engaged. It is not often you run into young customer service reps in retail that are as switched on as these two. They are truly a credit to the company. They deserve raises!! I was given options, the explanations were clear and concise and honest. The additional battery replacement I was offered was also at a discount since I was there to have the earpiece speaker replaced or cleaned. It turned out a cleaning was all it needed. That kept the price down. In less than 24 hours I referred two people. I had been referred myself by my tenant.Do yourself a favour.... do NOT consider anyone else for your repairs.Now, about those raises....... :-)”
