Understaffed. No tellers in south elgin branch so everyone goes to larkin. Only 1 teller at larkin so it takes for ever.

I don't know what happened to this place I was there for though simple issue with my password on my online account waited there for about an hour and a half almost 2 hours just to be told to make a phone call and call the automated system on the back of Of my debit card

Came to do a wire transfer after waiting 30 min she tells me that banker needed to check her appointments Patricia was just to busy to take care of me really disappointed after being with bank so long will come back just to close all my accounts
