“There was only 2 people when I went. They both busted their butts to get through the long line if cars. They did not sacrifice quality or customer service! They both jumped back and forth between 2 bays to get the most amount done. I had a bit of a wait, but seeing both moving constantly I was fine. This location is always the best and worth the wait!”
“I found myself stranded in Pontoon Beach last night with a flat tire. I stopped by Patterson's in the morning to see if they could fix it... but they were crazy busy, and it looked like a couple of hours' wait. The owner saw that I was in a predicament and sent someone out to help me air up my tire so I could get home.
I was super impressed with how thoughtful and professional everyone was (including the technician who happily came out into the snow to air up all my tires)... I'll definitely be going back for all of my tire maintenance,and I will recommend Patterson's to anyone who asks about a good tire place!”

“I blew a tire on the interstate and I went to my local Dobbs ( Collinsville ,IL), because that’s where I get my tires. They located the issue quickly and told me the tire couldn’t be patched. I bought a new one that wasn’t in stock. I was worried about driving on my spare as the lug nuts were had tightened. They loaned me a tire until the next day my tire came in. It gave me peace of mind. Dale and his crew were kind and compassionate. They completed my visit pretty quickly too.
